Is anyone else struggling to get onto the O2 app for the presale?

I've got the app open - unresponsive, and a desktop site open, not even loading.

So frustrating!!

It'd be better if they said x venue thurs 10-6, y venue 6-12 etc.

I mean, did they not realize that demand would be high?

I tried for ages this morning with no luck, the app wasn't playing at all. So bloody annoying to see them on Viagogo though for £300+ at around 10:30.

I was getting them as a present for my husband for Christmas, I eventually told him that I'd been trying to get tickets but couldn't even access the app. His response was "good, I don't bloody like him anymore anyway"!

I still can't even get onto the O2 app! Madness!

Tried and tried and tried… and failed. Plenty online for £1000+ though. They should only do early release for named tickets, that would stop the resales by touts.

I still can't get on site. Had a few codes sent but either didn't come through or fell over when I input them.

I usually wake up in middle of night maybe I should just try then.

I was on the app at 9.30 and it said waiting room open but couldn't get further than that and have been trying all day and just says this priority content is not available

I must have been on at the right time as I got 8 in about 5 minutes. I went on at 10 oclock and had no problem. I hope you all get some.

Managed to get 4 a few ago, just bypassed o2 and went straight to gigsandtours, think they've sold out now.

For anyone wanting London dates search @hmccarthy_ on Twitter, there's links posted on her page that still had dates available when I checked an hour ago.

First time I've ever tried using o2 priority and will definitely be the last, it's been a shambles today.

I've probably checked 30+ times throughout the day, starting at 9.29!! I've used O2 before and it's been fine, that's so disappointing

I could only try on my phone today but hoping with a few more devices trying i'll manage to get them on Saturday, my work laptop has never failed me getting tickets for high demand events so fingers crossed!!

how can they sale out when I don’t know anyone that got onto the site!!

There was this hack circling round.

So it seems that there was a hacked link people were using to get tickets?!?

im Fed up of this country,you need a bot/proxy to get anything decent nowadays.

Yes I've seen quite a few people on TikTok saying that's how they got their tickets . Praying for us all tomorrow!

I wish companies like ticketmaster would set up a registration service so you can only ever buy tickets if you are registered, like with Glastonbury.

They could do it so you just register once and it's valid then for say 5 years.

Instead their answer is surge pricing which is a scam in itself and helps no one.

I thought tickets went on sale tomorrow!
