I used to work as an apprentice for ITV in Granada studios, met him many times and can hand on heart say he was always polite and very down to earth.
Can't say anyone every had a bad word to say about him other than that he was far more quiet and reserved than they'd expect.

They do but it's just for certain artists and only for that tour. Worth a read about the recent sale for Springsteen in the US. That will tell you where the market is going. Ticketmaster have a lock on the market so they control it. Nothing good about a monopoly

I had tickets for Manchester AO Arena in my basket and then got told my credit card details were incorrect. They weren't and I tried twice more then got timed out. One of those attempts was my partner checking everything. Bloody frustrating. Argh!

@IreneJones logged onto ticketmaster at about 9.20 and automatically got put in the waiting room at 9.30ish, it refreshed at 10am and took a minute or two to give me a number but when it did I was 180!

Well luckily we were both in the Ticketmaster queue and it had remembered DP's place and we got them in the end. I think the payment issue for me was because I didn't already have a Ticketmaster account and hadn't received the verification email before trying to pay. Anyway, doesn't matter now, we're going!

My sister has managed to get us some for Oct at the O2 , she had tried in the presale but the thing kept crashing .
