What’s with all the Harry Styles love lately?

He seems to have gained massive popularity and no bad word said against him.

What’s the allure?

I personally don’t get it.. he’s definitely not my type.

I really don’t get it. He seems nice enough and his songs are catchy and inoffensive, but the wild enthusiasm for him is mystifying. I think it’s a sign that I’m getting old!

I have no idea how long or if Harry Styles was involved with Olivia Wilde while she was married or not- but the moral responsibility for those relationships (if they are affairs) rests with whoever is lying to their partner back at home. Which could be nobody, in that instance.

so eg Boris Johnson = we know is a massive disgusting serial scumbag cheating on his wife with cancer,
but
Carrie Symonds (now Johnson) extremely questionable taste in men, not a feminist to be knowingly be the OW, but as far as anyone knows she was single at the time so that’s the worst that can be said of her

Theres no way Olivia Wilde is in Blojo territory even slightly, so I guess some cheaters are also more equal than others, but I’m fine with that.
I also don’t really know if the details of why or when her marriage split up are public anyway - so there maybe have been no affair at all.

Exactly. They posted on a site where cheated on people come for support. So surely this is the very place where an OM would be condemned? I don't know. Maybe I being unreasonable.

I get he’s popular here (and so is Florence Pugh, a bit!) but I mean, not wildly. He’s very safe. He appeals to a very specific demographic doesn’t he, the mums n daughters, I don’t think his appeal is very universal so maybe always a bit limited.

I think he seems like a perfectly nice and personable young chap, and I like some of his songs (especially 'Adore You'). I'm sure he'd be very polite if he came round for tea and would put the toilet seat down etc.

I suspect I'm quite outwith his target demographic, though.

I have loved him since he was an excitable teenager on X factor, there has always just been something about him. Now that he is a fully grown bloke I properly would, he is hot!

I also like the fact that he just unapologetically wears whatever the hell he wants, without claiming that it makes him 'non-binary' or 'queer' or 'not a man' or whatever.

We have kind of seen him grown up, and he has gone through his 'oh my god I can't believe I'm famous' phase, his 'I'm the dogs bollocks and achingly cool' phase, and now he just seems to have matured into a fairly down to earth, nice fella who is secure in himself and just enjoying life.

I really like him, I have seen him in concert a couple of times, the most recent was this year with both my dd's and my dgd at Wembley and we have tickets for next year

I really like him. His music is good, I love his androgynous style, and he comes across as a genuinely lovely man. He's way too young but he is pretty hot . He's quite refreshing, I'd love to see him live.

He’s good looking, reasonably talented, and extremely well marketed. Even if he’s not your particular cup of tea it’s hardly a huge reach to see why his target audience might be attracted to him/find him appealing as an artist.

I obviously love him. I think he's perfectly rugged enough and flamboyant enough. But I don't get why he's mates with James Corden

I can't understand the attraction. His songs are ok, his concerts are good - he's a showman. The acting is ok, just. Clothes wise I can't work out if he wears things for a reaction. He's ok, but not amazing.

Yeah I would love to meet his stylist! I appreciate the clothes on him but I would wear them too. I like how his style has transcended from being young, to his Keith Richards phase to now.

I'm saddened that he was used by older women; Caroline flack, Nicole scherzinger, then Olivia Wilde.

I also find him creepy. And I think his music is boring. Maybe even more boring than Ed Sheeran.

Ive always found his quite attractive. I love his style and find men confident in themselves and happy to act feminine very attractive.

I’ve seen a few ‘nice’ celebs being friendly with him. Maybe he’s alright in small doses and to his actual pals.
