Smart meter- how much is everyone spending per day?

Just that really, wondering how much everyone is spending on their gas and electricity per day. Obviously knew come October things would increase, ours has pretty much doubled and we haven’t even put our heating on yet. Not sure how we can decrease it any further either.

That's really cheap
I live alone and mine is about £1.20 with the standing charge by the time I get up in the morning
Varies but between £3-5 a day depending on time of year

How come the standing charge is that much?
I get up at 7am every morning and the meter shows 58p

Standing charge is (not got bill to hand) but about 48p for one and 30p for the other so 78p
Doesn't leave much for fridge, laptop etc usage plus lights before I even cook
