I swim every day so a proper shower before swimming and a quick one afterwards

Bath every day, sink wash in the morning.

Usually one a day I'll shower. Today though I'm having a cool bath this evening too, to try to cool down!

But it's not that people can't be bothered. Everyone is different and what is right for some won't be right for others. It's judgemental to say "everyone should shower every day, and if they don't, they smell".

Well yeah maybe I am judgemental but we all have our opinions and I stand by mine that unless you have a very good reason - as I said above- for not doing so then people should have a shower / full proper wash or bath every day. It’s just good hygiene.

But people don't need to. So yes you're correct. You are being judgemental.

Argh not this again. Here lies the Mumsnet competitive non washers saying they don't smell.

Shower daily. It's hardly difficult is it? 5 mins in and out if you're rushing.

I've said it before (disabilities and health issues aside) it's bloody grim washing once a week.

Very well put!
People make out that it’s such a time consuming business. It’s really not. For a few years I didn’t have a working shower so I used to have a very shallow super quick bath every morning. When my boiler wasn’t working I used to boil a cattle of water and have a very quick “camping shower” using a bucket. It literally takes 5 minutes.

At the moment 2 showers a day. Normal weather 1 a day. Never bath.
