Evening folks. I just wanted to say I am very sorry for what my teenage DC posted earlier this evening (see above at 19:19). I had no idea they were looking on MN on my device and obviously were able to hack my account. We really are a good middle class family and work really hard, harder than most I would say, because we understand the true value of things, but we are caught in a poverty trap with a nanny, paying tax on child benefit and getting no income tax relief on our BUPA prescriptions. It is so wrong when we pay taxes to fund the NHS and still pay to be treated in north London privately. Our eldest DC is SEN and feisty. He likes 'bitty'. We have tried to project our values onto their siblings and I think there will be no more nonsense like calling Mumsnet HQ cocksuckers, or similar phrases like bum-peggers etc.

I think it is great that Holly and Phil have kindly taken the time to visit the Queen as she lies in state, I know they have selflessly sacrificed their precious family commitments for all of us who can’t get there. National treasures.💖 👫💖
