Impossible! I do try. Some days I eat more than other days!

vodkaredbullgirl · 05/06/2022 14:38

No

NiqueNique · 05/06/2022 14:38

Yes, and often more like 8-10. Mostly vegetables as I don’t eat a lot of fruit.

Furrbabymama87 · 05/06/2022 14:38

Sometimes.

Etinoxaurus · 05/06/2022 14:39

Easily.
vegan household, I eat meat outside the house. I was in a rut so try and do the gut healthy 30/ week plan.

Sunnytwobridges · 05/06/2022 14:39

Nope, not nearly close to that

HereIAmBrainTheSizeOfAPlanet · 05/06/2022 14:40

Yes, it's easy enough. I didn't bother for about 25 years though Grin

Pourmeanotherwine · 05/06/2022 14:41

FrownedUpon · 05/06/2022 15:00

SpeedofaSloth · 05/06/2022 15:01

Yes, if I pay attention IYSWIM.

Climbingthelaundrymountain · 05/06/2022 15:03

Not usually. I try. Normal have fruit with breakfast and veg with lunch and dinner.

Bloodybridget · 05/06/2022 15:05

Not sure I always do, because I don't check how much a portion is meant to be, but I always have some fruit with breakfast, and usually quite a lot of veg with dinner. Lunch sometimes veg-free.

TheGetaway · 05/06/2022 15:06

At least 10 - mostly veg

Dalekjastninerels · 05/06/2022 15:08

Sometimes

easyday · 05/06/2022 15:11

Yes. Mostly veg. Probably closer to 7-8.
I have a handful of tomatoes at breakfast, big salad with nuts and grains at lunch and at least two portions of cooked vegetables at dinner. Probably have a piece of fruit at some point during the day as a snack.

grapehyacinthisactuallyblue · 05/06/2022 15:13

It's very rare not to. But all veg. We rarely eat fruit, except in the cakes.

Phrenologistsfinger · 05/06/2022 15:27

Yes, rare not to here most days -we’re both vegan so eat a decent amount of mainly veg. We’ve upped to 5-10 a day lately as doing IVF and want to eat as nutritiously as possible.

merryhouse · 05/06/2022 15:37

Dried fruit on breakfast oats
salad for lunch - lettuce cucumber tomato celery, 2-3 portions all told
fresh fruit in the afternoon
fruit juice with dinner
2 to 3 portions of vegetables at dinner - either in a sauce (choose from onion, pepper, garlic, lentils, celery, carrot, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes) or as a side (cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, peas, baby sweetcorn, parsnip, turnip)

total 7-9

coffeecupsandfairylights · 05/06/2022 15:38

No.

notacooldad · 05/06/2022 15:38

Most days and it's easy for me.

gingercat02 · 05/06/2022 15:42

Mostly but it's probably 3 fruit and 1-3 veg so the balance could be better

NeverDropYourMooncup · 05/06/2022 15:45

Yes.

They've always been the favourite part of my meals - it was a real culture shock to meet people who never touched the things when I left home aged 16.

FourChimneys · 05/06/2022 15:47

Yes, more like 10 or 12 a day usually. Vegan, and I ensure that at least half of what I eat is raw fruit or veg.

CapYourDoff · 05/06/2022 15:47

No. 250 mils or thereabouts of fruit/veg/nut/oat smoothie every morning is all I do.

I do have gastric issues though, so take some supplements also as medically advised. Recent FBC blood tests all within range thankfully.
