I suspect I got the same compound word as previous posters, trouble is I didn't realise the answer is one of those 😂

I'd got some idea about the compound word, I think, but didn't enter it before trying the solution.

I had a lot of hits that really didn't help, and sent me down many wrong paths. Got it in 83, but an accuracy of 79.2%.

i resorted to Google after getting all the words in the opening paragraph except the key word and still having no idea what the answer would be!

No Googling either - lucked in with some key words in the opening paragraph and then guessed another word based on those that then gave it away.

I was on the wrong track with nothing in the first paragraph till guess 29, having realised a few before that I'd been barking up the wrong tree.

49- I knew the area at 22 and then messed about determined not to google.

I’m not even sure now what made me think of the breakthrough word — but it was something about syntax in paragraph 1 that prompted me to try a specific thing. Then I put in a few related terms and found myself at the answer.
