Do you like courgettes?

That's the Q really.

I don't think I'm adult enough to like them 🤣 I've just made curry for tea and I ate all my courgette first so that I could enjoy the rest of the meal without them! My children showed me right up by eating theirs without fuss.

Am I missing something? Those who like them, how do you cook them?

Love them and always grow too many.

Favourite way to eat them is sliced and roasted with just a light spray of olive oil to stop them sticking to the tray.

Or chopped small and included in a pasta bake or frittata. Steamed then sprinkled with lemon juice and fresh parsley is good too.

Not sure I would fancy them curried ...
