I solved Semantle #83 in 311 guesses with 2 hints. My first guess had a similarity of 6.30. My first word in the top 1000 was at guess #2. My penultimate guess had a similarity of 53.99 (996/1000). semantle.novalis.org/

Would never have got it without hints. I keep saying I'm giving up, I find it so frustrating.

Do you have anything other than 990 as I can’t see.howvthat would fit with target word.

I've got 990, 989, 919. Also some lower ones!

I got a green early on but like many, I got stuck with the high greens. I caved and used the hint and got it quite quickly.

Bloody hell only 175 works. The others ... how are they relevant?!

I know. Mine was the same. I got it by going back to 117. There's some really odd words that have nothing to do with the answer. I'd love to see the articles they got them from!

My highest is 974 & I don't have any numbers relating to any of the clues posted so far. Been stuck for hours.
