Here we go again! Is this game getting easier, or will we all be wallowing in the hundreds in a day or two? Only time will tell!

Tried the hints i think they sent me down the wrong route! Should have got this sooner really!

I solved Semantle #81 in 77 guesses with 3 hints. My first guess had a similarity of 4.38. My first word in the top 1000 was at guess #22. My penultimate guess had a similarity of 33.31 (987/1000). semantle.novalis.org/

I've tried a couple of hints but they seem to be wildly different (although both quite high) and I can't seem to stop going round in circles.

Not sure I'll use them again.

Oh my giddy aunt they have to be joking with 975? I was banging in synonyms of a much lower green word and that came up and now I have no idea. Could bloody cry. You'd think a green that high would be helpful but no!

Got there in the end. I won't use the hints again as they were worse than useless - I got a bit stuck for a while until I ditched them.

i can’t play for some reason. Any word I put in doesn’t appear. There is no list of words!

i think it knows I cheated with Cemantle- which isn’t as good - just looks pretty.

I play both, mostly in hopes that I can't be stuck on both at once, so I'll get at least one reasonably easily.

Yesterday on cemantle I couldn't progress from 'flavour' which was completely irrelevant to the answer plus you can't give up so I had to wait until today to see WTF it was. I just found it way more annoying than Semantle.

Today’s didn’t seem very logical at all - I took a bit of an odd path I think.

I tried cemantle and hated it.

Im not overstruck on the new mn layout and don’t like the idea of hints on semantle. All in all I’m just a grumpy old bag today

Seems like Semantle is a lot easier than cemantle, or I've been very lucky. 8 yesterday, 6 today.

I just tried Cemantle. It’s the same but with smiley faces. Although I do like the way they reveal all the words.

i don’t need anymore opportunities for time wasting so I shall banish this one from my mind.

I'm annoyed with this. I got there due to something happening in my house and if this had happened sooner I'd have got it in fewer attempts Grin

Finally!! its much better than that cementle which I just cannot get.
