Just seen the most horrendous video of a West Ham footballer drop kicking his cat across the room, then throwing things at it, then slapping it out of someone’s arms.

It’s being published by the sun, but what I don’t understand is, why when (quite rightly) the lady who slapped the horse was sacked, all West Ham have said was that they “have spoken to him and will deal with internally”.

This is horrendous! The poor cat

I understand neither of them has pleaded guilty to all the charges against them:
two out of three in KZ's case and one out of two in YZ's case. More details should be available shortly.

Actually, that was just KZ under those umbrellas, hired muscle and hood. I have more respect for YZ, who walked to court with his solicitor and faced the cameras.

I hope justice is heard and done.

180 hrs Community Service and banned from keeping cats for 5 years.

KZ also ordered to pay court costs of just under £9k.

YZ 140 hrs Community Service and a 5 year ban.

Should have been banned from keeping them for life!

Understandable sentence given no previous convictions but soft in my opinion, at least should have included a suspended prison term.

Should be sacked from West Ham I think.

Not good enough. He should be banned from having any animals for life and a fine that hurts. West ham should have sacked him and by not doing have condoned his actions and tainted the club long term. Let's hope karma does better.
