We are cold (not covid) ridden here. So it will be sausage sandwiches with some fruit. I have nearly passed out with boredom, but everyone else seems enthusiastic about it.

Homemade pizzas (the dough is currently proving and cherry tomatoes in the oven slowly roasting).

Keeping it simple today so just topping the dough with some pesto, the roasted cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. Can't wait!

it's fishfingers, waffles and beans here. I really can't be arsed. I have covid, I'm pregnant and my back hurts, dammit

@DebiNewberry1997

Yoghurt baked cauliflower with quick pickled red onions, chillies and sultanas.

Roast pumpkin with zataar, pine nuts and tahini.

Cannelini bean salad with lemon and parsley.

Roast potatoes.

Garlic and herb pot roast lamb.

Chocolate tart with chantilly cream.

My lovely in laws are here (first visit in 2 1/2 years!) so we're having a nice meal and really hoping the storm doesn't knock the leccy out!

Sounds incredible!! We’ve not been home long from my girl playing in a football match. I think we need warming up so we’re having roast, Yorkshire puddings, roasted rainbow carrots in thyme and maple syrup, peas and sweetcorn, mashed potatoes, roasted parsnips, cauliflower cheese, bacon rolls, and gravy. Just need to find a good movie to watch whilst eating.

Can’t remember what I cooked last night, today we had steak with mash potatoes, tomatoes and leeks. Cooked the tomatoes down to a sauce with the leeks.

Lurking for ideas. Like some others I am so fucking sick of eating chicken but lacking in inspiration for non-chicken dinners.

Tonight was chicken katsu stir fry. Tomorrow is breaded fish from the freezer and air fryer chips.

Today was chicken & potato pulao rice with raita and kachumber salad. Easy enough to make, takes an hour from start to finish. I'm recovering from Covid, DC are still unwell with it. Enough for whoever wants it tomorrow, those who don't can have jacket potato!

Costco roast chicken, butternut squash, broccoli, roast potatoes, gravy.

I'm actually not feeling that keen for some reason.

It is Lunar New Year (year of the tiger) and if it weren't for Covid we could be having a night out at one of our awesome Chinese restaurants.
