It will be interesting to see if Bozo ever gets to court, how he will cope without lying.
However, why didn't the Senior Civil servant who sent out the party invitations say he couldn't do that, because such gatherings were illegal? Would Johnson have had him sacked? I doubt it. So although he is being lined up as a scapegoat, he's not exactly innocent. He's not some poor Admin Officer on one of the lowest grades.
Johnson doesn't care about lying to Parliament. He will shrug it off with a 'so what'.
Yesterday Starmer said on television that Johnson was a liar. That isn't covered by Parliamentary privilege. Why doesn't he sue? (I don't need to ask, sacked twice for lying is good enough.)
