Stupidly hard work quiz (help!)

If anyone remembers previous years my work sets a stupidly hard quiz for us to have a go at every Christmas. This year's is no different....

I've managed to complete the first 8 puzzles myself but now I'm stuck Very frustrating as I've got the gist of the puzzles but can't figure out what the answer is!

Here's the first one and here's my answers. If anyone can figure out the final answer (two words 5,7) I'd be ever so grateful 😊

Have we got the wrestling one yet? If not is it just The Wrestler (Micky Rourke film)?

With Orpheus, I wondered if it related to looking back through the years or not looking back... which isn't much help. 😂

Maybe Haaaaave but I looked up the club he's using as it's a particular one for doing long shots so I think that's more likely?

That kind of works, because I've been reading that the film Moulin Rouge (2001) is based on Orpheus and Eurydice love story.

And they did a lot of the Can Can in Moulin Rouge

The river of Lethe in the underworld causes people to forget, idk if that relates to the “forget” part of forget Orpheus

Orpheus in the underworld is an opera so if you forget Orpheus you are left with Underworld which was a film from 2003 and then a series of films after that.

I'm not convinced the years are helpful as I've just looked at the ones that spell "nineteen ninety three" and the years seem mixed/random.

Nah vanilla sky was much later I think.

Orpheus is a 1950 film by Jean Cocteau

In Ovid's Metamorphoses Orpheus the poet recounts the tale of Pygmalion (which of course was also a film)

I'm sure there was a 2021 film called Grasping at Straws 😂😂
