I've just utterly broken down for Arthur.

Sorry if someone has already said it, but Tustin's barrister has said that she has received substantial threats and violence already and minimal medication for her mental health. It's reported in the Coventry Telegraph live feed. Also had salt thrown at her.

Wish I hadn't just watched that body cam footage of her blaming Arthur for beating up her kids, trashing the house, attacking her. What an evil wicked woman! I have a 6 year old dgs living with us and he has breakdowns because of his parents abandoning him. We would never blame him, they are still little people trying to make sense of their world. What a nasty vile woman.

The jury showed more love, respect and dignity to poor Arthur than those monsters who were meant to be caring for him.

I am usually very anti death sentence but this case has really got me rethinking my stance.

ET (appropriate initials) took an overdose last week at Coventry crown court, hence no trial for a few days, I’ve got a feeling she’s going to take the easy way out. I hope she doesn’t though and lives miserably for her whole sentence (which I think will be a hefty one)

Arthurs mother Olivia, spoke of how Arthur liked Julia Donaldson books and could play football from when he could walk, he liked superhero’s too and loved his food (that those bastards withheld from him)

I hope she gets the longest sentence possible. She deserves to never be free and die in prison.

He is no better and I bet he won't get a very long sentence.

I also hope they both have an awful time in prison and are terrified every day.

I wish one of his relatives had taken Arthur and kept him safe. They tried to do something by reporting the abuse and it's disgusting that no action was taken.

I haven’t read a lot of the case as it was so upsetting. Hats off to those jury members for ensuring Arthur had some dignity finally. Poor poor little boy. I hope the pair of them rot.

The video of him in the lounge is absolutely horrific. That poor poor little boy.
It’s simultaneously made me terribly upset and furious.
With those two pieces of shit (they cannot be called his parents, because parents care, nurture and love their children / step-children), and also with the system that failed Arthur so terribly.

I honestly hope they don't feel another moments peace. Hope they're filled with dread every morning they wake up, and that they're thoroughly miserable when they're trying to fall asleep 🙏

I agree! heads should role because of this and those social workers involved sacked and publicly shamed! Poor boy!

Head of social services needs to do ground work! Advocate for more - Do more. this is sick and more outrage is needed.

She can try and succeed to kill herself all she likes but she will die knowing she's left her own 4 kids with the stigma of their being a nationally-infamous child killer. Suck on that, you evil bitch.

This case had affected me more than any other i can remember. I have a six year old boy I’m usually not one for vengeance as part of justice, but I hope these miserable creatures live in a state of suffering and fear for the rest of their lives.

And poor Arthur's biological mother was jailed for stabbing a delivery driver.

Presumably she’ll be with women who are locked up for non-child abusing crimes, who are desperately missing their kids, and will be sickened by someone who could murder a child.

Indeed, and given the mother was also an inmate and it was her imprisonment which caused Arthur to fall under the "care" of the father and father's girlfriend, it will be especially meaningful.

She'll probably have to be held in total isolation. Even women in protective will have children and therefore be a danger to Tustin.

She'll have a taste of the isolation they subjected Arthur to. Probably the father too.

Death sentence is too nice for this BITCH! She deserves the worse suffering known to man- Let be fair we know she won't be safe inside so, let her reap what she has sown!

This has been a most harrowing case. The only things I can say is that poor, poor boy. I will be hugging my own DS so tight tonight and telling him how loved he is.

The ineptitude of our child protection services rears it’s head again - “lessons will be learnt” blah bla blah. How many time?? Victoria Climbe, Baby P… and hundreds upon hundreds of others. Yet no one will pay a professional price for this shambles as usual.

And also - I hope there’s someone inside waiting for her with a pan of boiling water that’s got this bitch’s name all over it. And I hope he gets tortured inside as well. Pair of utter c*s. I hope they suffer worse than that dear little chap did. Scum.

I really, really hope they watch these two very closely and they aren’t able to take their own lives.

There is a lot of vengeance towards the social workers here, why not wait and see what the independent review brings?

Same with wishing them to be tortured for the rest of their lives, that makes us no better than they are.

Personally, i would hang them both and the money saved, put toward childrens services.

She is on a par if not worse than Myra Hindley and Ian Huntley. She tortured that poor child for months and months, along with the other sub-human piece of scum. May they both rot in hell for all eternity.

The other thing was convicted of manslaughter. She did the final act but agree, both as evil as each other.

Totally heartbreaking case. I cannot bring myself to watch the video of the poor little boy as I know it will haunt me.

The sentencing needs to be as harsh as possible for these two.

First time I’ve seen the police body cam footage of Tustin at the scene. She touches her face as she’s describing what happened to poor Arthur - classic lie tell.
