PRES101 from Aerolinas Argentinas appears to be about to land at Prestwick.

Private jet LNX29KG also en route to Glasgow.

What is the plane's call sign when Biden isn't on board? I'm new to this but it is fascinating !

Is Biden back through at Edinburgh airport then?

I just downloaded Military Freedar based on your post and saw that. How come some military planes show on the 'normal' radar app and some don't? Also...does your insider information know what time AF1 is scheduled to leave?

Operators of some of the flight tracker apps have decided or have been requested to filter out military traffic (though they often display the bigger transport types) other operators don’t filter.

In some instances it also looks like the kit on the aircraft that provides the data to the ground stations gets turned off for security reasons - you could often see that on some flights going into Kabul a few weeks ago.

Had great fun watching planes come in today but not impressed with those who don’t show up on flight radar as if it wasn’t for the good people on here or elsewhere on the internet, we’d have missed the South Koreans amongst others.

Ah, question is did the aircraft stay parked at Edinburgh or did it fly out to park up elsewhere?

If it is already parked at Edinburgh then the first you’ll see of it is when they are about ready to taxi when it will pop up as AF1

There don't seem to be many leaving Edinburgh. I reckon they're having a ceilidh and a few cans of Tennants before they leave.

There's been no sign of the cavalcade travelling back east along the M8 as far as I can tell so I wonder if the plane has moved and parked up in the west instead?

That’s an interesting one, it’s an E-4B (a 747) fitted out as an airborne command post.

That’s the C-130 that was being refueled off the Wash a while back….given the particular variant is used for Special OPs I did wonder if it was headed up north to perhaps cover AF1s departure but seeing as it’s been down at low level for some time I’m not so sure…be interesting to see where it ends up.
