Some very interesting traffic heading to Scotland for Cop 26.

PRES101 from Aerolinas Argentinas appears to be about to land at Prestwick.

Private jet LNX29KG also en route to Glasgow.

@Williamshatnershorses I'm tempted to drive up to Edinburgh airport to see if I can see AF1!! I just want to see it 'Parked' up!

All I'm allowed to say is I know someone who is very much linked to gleneagles. The staff didn't know who was staying at the hotel so the guess there was Biden, but apparently they're quite disappointed it's boris lol!

Same with Cameron House, the staff there didn’t know who was staying either and had assumed Biden.

Probably the Tullie Inn or the Abbotsford for the minions. Someone else is at Cameron House too but don’t know who. But they had a helicopter delivered by container 🙈

Early Intel, suggested potus, but these days with security ect, one can never be too sure. I understand your perspectives and appreciate your knowledge, all the best with your duties.

@Hawkins001 the general public like to speculate. It can sometimes work in the favour of causing a diversion, such as journalists reporting that AF1 was due to land at prestwick, but indeed, as we well know, it was Edinburgh which got the privilege of welcoming the beautiful 747!

That's very true, get a large majority, and some credible sources to say they have sightings of e.g. X at x hotel, while slipping potus into a different area then hopefully by the time the official announcement is made, e.g. Potus, is in the ring of steel so to speak.

AF1 wasn't diverted because of journalists speculation though. AF1 was always planned for Edinburgh. The only thing that ?changed was the aircraft was possibly going to ferry to Prestwick after dropping POTUS.

Daily fail then updated their article to state infect AF1 had already landed at Edinburgh last night. Again not true. They and the sun then posted the video of Biden appearing to fall asleep at the conference at 10am this morning... which isn't true as he was still airborne at that time.

But none of the speculation caused a diversion which was what your other post suggested.

As an aside the bit about AF1 coming in after midnight was true. It was originally planned for 00:30 today.

Picture one - daily fail report Bidens supposed schedule.

Picture two - daily fail report Biden falling asleep at 10am at the conference today. We all know Biden was 34000ft in the air at that point. Bad or lazy journalism at its finest.

But with my post to @Hawkins001, with the daily fail posting speculation like this, chances are, loads of journalists, aircraft enthusiasts etc may have wrongly went to prestwick hoping to see AF1.

The speculation didn't cause a diversion in the case of AF1. The speculation was wrong.

@meltingappointment you're missing the "can sometimes" bit. And if we're being picky, nobody knows whether it diverted any potential trouble! How could you know?

You did irritate the fuck out of me when you nipped at me last night about how AF1 would never be seen on any tracker then proudly showed it on a tracker this morning.
