Some very interesting traffic heading to Scotland for Cop 26.

PRES101 from Aerolinas Argentinas appears to be about to land at Prestwick.

Private jet LNX29KG also en route to Glasgow.

Just watched a big one come into Glasgow from Frankfurt and that’s not a normal route.

Regular route. Several times a week.

DH, who is a bigger Flightradar geek than me, says AF1 won't show up with a call sign but you'll be able to spot it as it's a big 747 and they will keep it well away from all other traffic.

There are always loads of helicopters at Aberdeen to fly people to and from the oil rigs.

AF1 recently taken off from Rome. Currently heading west-north-west towards Corsica. Only at 17,000ft so not long taken off.

Well this should keep us all occupied for a while

There is another, SAM46, a smaller 757 too. Wiki seems to indicate that this is often a callsign used by a former US President's flight - was Obama in Rome?

@KingsleyShacklebolt I’m just the other side of the bridge. So I could race over to Cramond or I might just go to one of the beaches here. If I invest the time in going to cramond you just know it’ll 100% switch to coming in over Livi🤣

A lot of the usual airport spotting locations are restricted, so try and find somewhere not too close!

Those two big US planes which took off from Mildenhall can't be anything to do with COP, they are now almost level with John O Groats.
