Plain pasta with grated cheese on top 😬

Im getting over a nasty infection and this is the first day I’ve felt like eating anything in days. This is all I fancied, craving some comfort food I think!

I have gojuchang in the cupboard and kimchi in the fridge!
I love spice and Korean food.

DH & I had leftover veggie chilli with brown rice and oat creme fraiche.

DCs didn't want chilli again - they'd found it a bit too hot first time round - so just had Heinz tomato soup and rolls.

Last night we had a family favourite - gnocchi with vegan pesto, oat creme fraiche, grilled asparagus and chopped bacon for the carnivores.

Tomorrow it's a vegan risotto made with red wine.

Indian takeaway after two interviews in one day!

Vegetable dhansak, lemon rice, samosas. It was THE BEST! Especially the rice!

Was planning to make enchiladas but I'm not feeling great so just made kids sausage,eggs and beans.

We had chickpea, cauliflower and spinach curry with naan from our local corner shop, and the owners gave Dh some of their special homemade garam masala. It was delicious - I'm not veggie but would take veg curry over meat any day.

We had homemade burgers.

I am kind of regretting the MacDonalds plan for tonight (or more accurately, regretting telling the DCS!)

Tomorrow though is Marry Me Chicken.

It is usually served with potatos of some sort but I like it over tagliatelle.

chicken curry with homegrown courgettes in. We have a glut of courgettes so putting them in almost every meal at the moment 😁

Another hello fresh! Franks red hot sauce hot dogs with paprika wedges and a tomato and avocado salad :)

Turkey meatballs with spaghetti (courgette spaghetti for me) salad and garlic bread

Very cheesy cauliflower cheese with big jacket potatoes.

Homemade pizza! Such an easy, tasty dinner.
