Salmon with new potatoes and peas. I have some leftover spicy tomato pesto so I'm gonna slap that on top and roast the bastard.

Going to a Vietnamese tonight so I’ll probably have some kind of soup, and/or rolls filled with whatever is on the menu. Already had Vietnamese for lunch so hopefully they’re not similar dishes - haven’t been to the dinner place yet.

Butchers beef burger,mash,veg,gravy and Yorkshires

Delia's salmon fishcakes, and peas.

DP is making pasta with broccoli and anchovies. I was hoping for kedgeree, but was overruled. I hope she remembers that we haven't got spaghetti or linguine.

Pad Thai, summer rolls and a slice of caramel birthday cake for dessert.

Prawns in garlic and lemon butter with pasta.

Seperate meals here tonight. Ready meals oops but it's a busy night. DH and I are having Greek chicken casserole (ready meal from local butcher's so home made but not by me!) with (homemade by me) cauliflower cheese. children are having a selection of chicken goujons, chips and sweetcorn. Or shepherds pie and cauliflower cheese, and macaroni cheese

Leftover roast chicken with something

Chicken korma tonight, homemade and rice. And bought naans.

Smoked salmon linguine

Leon Brazilian black bean stew with brown rice, salad and houmous

Prawn and chorizo jambalaya.

Teriyaki salmon with spring onions, salad and rice and the rest of the banoffee pie from last night. Fussy children are having pasta with red peppers, ham and red pesto and cheese.

Sticky honey & mustard chicken and plums with mash and cabbage. Really looking forward to trying this as smelling really good

Carnivores are having Chinese chicken in flatbreads and I'll be having whatever I can be bothered to cook..

Ds is having a cheese pizza, I'm toying with that too or making nachos

Takeaway

Leftover roast chicken with roasted Mediterranean vegetables, salad, and fresh sourdough bread and butter. Basically a random selection of things that need eating - bar the bread, which is because I'm craving something hearty and stodgy since we've had all the rain today, and it's carbs and the closest thing to stodgy that I've got.
