Lemonsandlemonade · 12/08/2021 04:52

Singinginshower · 12/08/2021 04:53

Toothache!

Anonymouslyposting · 12/08/2021 04:54

My baby won’t sleep. Haven’t had more than four hours sleep together since before she was born 10 months ago. Just given up now.

Cornflowerdream · 12/08/2021 05:03

Had a fitful night, then woke up from a horrible dream about a haunting and it's Gsce results in the morning.

Msfoxy17 · 12/08/2021 05:04

Pregnant and had just had about my fourth wee of the night and was settling back to sleep when 3 year old DD comes into room and has tossed and turned and kept me awake for an hour now. Dont know how to sort this before baby no 2 arrives and I'm even more sleep deprived Hmm

vodkaredbullgirl · 12/08/2021 05:05

Lemonsandlemonade · 12/08/2021 05:05

Aww no toothache is horrific especially in the night.
Ronacorona · 12/08/2021 05:08

My bladder wakes me up every night.

HeyletsgoTotoro · 12/08/2021 05:10

This is when I get up for work

ConnectedToSandsview · 12/08/2021 05:13

I’m in an airport. Have been for an hour or so. Still 1:20 till departure so having another espresso martini (it’s morning therefore coffee, it’s airport therefore alcohol. Perfect airport beverage!)

bettertimesarecomingnow · 12/08/2021 05:20

I've got cystitis so I got up to take tablets and one of those horrid drink things

Hot water bottle and back in bed but I'm cold and fed up!

OhWhatFuckeryIsThisNow · 12/08/2021 05:20

My stomach is too full of fish curry.

DustySpringboard · 12/08/2021 05:25

Thanks for those of you having a tough time

I woke at 3.30 for some reason and despite counting sheep, meditation breathing etc cannot nod off again so given up. I'll be exhausted later-have a mad busy few day ahead so not impressed.

leafygarden42 · 12/08/2021 05:30

@ConnectedToSandsview

oooo I'm jealous of your a) being at an airport and b) having an espresso martini (yum)

Where are you flying to?

leafygarden42 · 12/08/2021 05:31

I'm off to work in 30 mins

Etinox · 12/08/2021 05:32

FearlessSwiftie · 12/08/2021 05:36

I drink too much coffee and have too much work to finish in Photoworks by yesterday... So yeah... Sleep is out of the question.

Selok · 12/08/2021 05:40

Just woke up for no reason but I guess a nervous waiting for DD's GCSE results day after 8.30 today and the prom night on Friday that we are organising with some other mums as the school has cancelled it

DragonflyFairy · 12/08/2021 05:46

@MistySkiesAfterRain I used to live very close to Heathrow, right under the flight path so I totally understand! Took a few years for my sleep to return to normal after being awoken from 4.30am everyday by the big longhaul jets coming into land. (Although also found it all quite exciting!)

I'm up as my baby woke for a few mins but that's quite unusual for him.

Teddicus · 12/08/2021 05:49

Always something for me…. Toothache, headache this past night… and oh, my 12 year old came in at 1am and woke me to tell me she couldn’t sleep. Of course, she was fast asleep half an hour later and I’ve been tossing and turning ever since Hmm
Sorry to all of those who are struggling with grief and major worries.

YanTanTethera123 · 12/08/2021 05:51

I am often wide awake at 4am, no idea why ☹️
Hugs and 💐 for many on here and hope your situations improve quickly.

Metabigot · 12/08/2021 06:01

I has a horrible fall out with a long term friend who I've known since teenage years a month ago and despite trying to make the peace, she won't speak to me.

As far as I'm concerned I've been wrongly accused of doing something so I can't accept the blame and she won't listen to my side or discuss it.... I don't think we will ever speak again. Wakes me up early every day scratching my head wondering wtf happened.

KittyMcKitty · 12/08/2021 06:11

My cat woke me up at 4 by standing on me and shouting very loudly so I knew she’d come in.

Now just fretting about gcse results (had a level results on Tuesday- it’s been a long week).
