It's a rainy Sunday and I'm surrounded by mountains of washing ! Looking at pictures coming out of Rome of Kittys amazing wedding to her rich gorgeous fiancé and feeling a tad envious

One does wonder, such a young beauty and such an older man. I've got nothing against age stuff when over a certain age for the female and kitty will be worldly enough simply due to her back ground.. But its the little things!!,

Had never heard of this person until I read this thread! We would never have heard of her if she wasn't Diana's niece presumably? Or does she do something of note?

The green bodices dress is the best.
The white is lovely, the veil gives it a very ghostly effect.

She looks incredible, but the whole thing seems like a massive D&G catwalk show. And I'm really uncomfortable with the age gap.

Anyway, if there aren't golden carriages and a cathedral choir singing a Te Deum I'm not bothered tbh.

It's two of her three brothers. Something got lost in translation there I think.

Her father posted something from Althrop on his instagram so doesn't seem like he was there.

She's beautiful, rich by most people's standards (though perhaps not billionaire level), and if I have my family trees right, she's first cousin to the future King. She could have had her pick of wealthy and powerful men closer to her own age. I wouldn't personally be comfortable with that sort of age difference, but she must have liked something about this guy aside from his money.

I wish them both a long and happy marriage. But I couldn't help but feel there was a touch of Miss Havisham about the wedding dress.

Agree purple, she would have been "exposed" to many kite types and kinds of of men's than most of us would in a life time!

He's probably very charming and very gteaful perhaps wise... Etc and probably the dad figure..

Re rich, her heritage is alrhop and princesses Diana her provenance is immense.

It won't really just be about money, they are both probably used to having lots of money already.. She will most likely have a new and interesting life with an older man, she must have weighed up any age difference issues already.

I don't think she is the type,to just meet some random guy off a dating site, and then possibly regret it later.

My thread wondering how her parents feel about her marrying a man five years older than her father was deleted I've just realised. Wow.

But he is five years older than her father. That's a fact. And I still wonder how her parents feel about that. I'd be devastated if my daughter married a man 32 years older than herself.
