What colour is Wednesday?

So, I'm watching the football am bored and was just musing that yellow is a very Ukraine colour - it just suits it. I have no explanation of why. So then I got thinking about random things that have colours in my head. Wednesday is pale green. Tuesday is pale blue. DH thinks I'm weird and that the days don't have colours. But DD says Wednesday is purple she is wrong
So my question is, why do some people associate colours with random things and other people don't?

Wednesday is light green. I should have thought that was obvious.

Tuesday is navy blue, but the other days are a bit less clear. Friday is red though.

Monday - dark purple/black
Tuesday - teal
Wednesday- green
Thursday - pink
Friday - orange/yellow
Saturday- zebra print
Sunday - brown

Wednesday is yellow! Monday is blue. Tuesday is green. Thursday purple, Friday red. Saturday pink and Sunday orange.

Wednesday is SO orange and always has been. A slightly-more-burnt-orange-than-an-orange orange.

Friday is gray
Sunday is black
Monday and Saturday vary slightly but are in the white-to-light-pink range.

Numbers are laid out in a line going diagonally towards the right and getting further away.

The year is laid out in a circley/rectangley way looping round on itself to meet up at 31 Dec/1Jan with definite colours.

Op good point on the orange Wednesdays. Not for me though, it's been orange since I was little and living in a different country.
But the person who invented orange Wednesdays clearly knew what they were doing!

When I first read your title my brain went "it's a day of the week, it doesn't have a colour, except that it's green, no, purple, no green" so I think both you & your DD are right!

Sunday - brown, but a nice, warm, woody sort of brown.

I want to go through this thread & make pie charts of each day/colour to see if there's any sort of consensus... But I don't have time in my life for such things. I daydream about being retired & having time to do daft things like that.

How strange. Not something I've ever consciously thought about but I could say straight away definitely:

Monday - blue
Tuesday - green
Wednesday - yellow
Thursday - red

Friday, Saturday, Sunday are more flexible, maybe purple, black, pink, turquoise but can be changed depending how the day feels.
