What colour is Wednesday?

So, I'm watching the football am bored and was just musing that yellow is a very Ukraine colour - it just suits it. I have no explanation of why. So then I got thinking about random things that have colours in my head. Wednesday is pale green. Tuesday is pale blue. DH thinks I'm weird and that the days don't have colours. But DD says Wednesday is purple she is wrong
So my question is, why do some people associate colours with random things and other people don't?

I don't have synesthesia, but I made a temperature blanket 4 years ago and after a few months I'd be saying things like "ooh it's Mocha warm" today, because I had translated each 2°C into a colour and got used to it!🤣

Tuesday is yellow
Wednesday is purple
Thursday is a bluey-grey
Friday is dark green
Saturday is royal blue

Monday - dark green
Tuesday - a sort of rhubarb pink
Wednesday - yellow
Thursday - dark pink
Friday - a more orangey yellow than Wednesday
Saturday - black
Sunday - brown

So weird that all of us see the same words in different colours. Even my twin sister sees different colours from me.

Shakespeare has a physical shape. I can tune out all meaning from the words and just sort of float of the moving shapes (weirdo).

Some of them were whatever I was looking at when I learned the word. Eg. Thursday I was looking at a purple floral bin at my grandpa's house. Wednesday I was looking up at light green leaves in a park

I don't know if what I have is just association or not. For countries there are definite colour associations but that just might be based on their flag colours or football strips. But some days of the week I definitely see in specific colours but for no obvious reason for that particular colour.
