There's too much anxiety around these days. I don't mean proper, debilitating, medically diagnosed anxiety, I mean the every bloody poster who has generalised anxiety over quite everyday situations and if they just did it with over thinking it would find it was okay. In life you need to do shitloads of stuff you don't like/ find a bit scary/ uncomfortable.
