Ok, not really an AIBU, but I love these threads and they always get loads of traffic in AIBU!

I am in need of much inspiration and these threads are great for it.

@Jurassiclover just as you would make with mince but I use casserole beef.
I do Ragu/bolognese too with casserole beef as I also have gone off mince. Once it’s all cooked, I take the chucks of meat out shred them up

Macaroni cheese

"Zinger chicken"* with sweet potato fries and whatever vegetables I can be arsed to cook.

*chicken thighs with a crunchy coating made from chilli Doritos. 😂

Macaroni cheese, probably with broccoli and sweetcorn on the side.

pasta alla norma

Fish pie with whatever fish is in the freezer. Eating the contents up as hopefully moving at the end of the month 🤞🏼

Minted double lamb chops with vegetables.

Oven cooked sweet chilli salmon served with basmati rice and veggies

Yesterday's left over roast chicken, sun dried tomato pesto, and cheese toastie with a few fries but I probably won't eat many because the toastie is filling, I'll be making it in my grill because you can fit more filling in than in the toastie maker.

Roast lamb tonight for St Davids. Day late but i was working yesterday and have a day off today.

Tonight is 'tastes like honey' a Sichuan Chinese (we think, we didn't bring the recipe book, dammit!) lamb marinade and stirfry with Asian veges on udon noodles. Can't wait!
