I am looking for new or old seriel killer drama to watch. My partner thinks I have seen every one going. I don't fancy one with subtitles but have watched some in the past. ( hurts my eyes at the mo) also I prefer ones that are over a few episodes. I dislike super natural dramas. Just watched Equinox and it annoyed me.

Are there any hidden gems I have missed? Off hand I have watched the following?

Chalet
Cardinal
Absentia
Inspector montelbano
Innocent
The killing
Guilt
Marcella
Blue murder
The missing
The fall
Vera
Dark forest
Blood and water
Rush
Shetland
The alienist
Bordertown
The dark
La mante
Bosch

Baptiste
The missing
The bay
Cheat
The widow
Ultra violet
Carlo and mark
Quicksand
The victim
Spiral
The shield
Beecham house
Foyles war
Maigret
Hinterland you
Spiral
Keeping faith
What remains
Osmosis
Crimson rivers
Instinct
Sharp objects
Mentalist
Mindhunter
Justified
Follow the monkey

Confession
Dead water fell
Hidden
Blood
Silent witness
Wire in the blood
Luther
Trial and retribution
All harlen coben remakes

So glad to see all the love for Unbelievable!

coffeeandteav · 13/01/2021 08:48

Thanks all for your contributions. I have a few things for my list. Red Riding after work tonight maybe but them there is the Pem Murders last episode. Decisions.

I did like Broadchurch and the Missing. I watched them week by week and it kept me gripped. Line of duty is one of my favourites though and luther.

Sherlock the new one too and the newish USA one with a female Watson. I also like Strike but I preferred Striking Out also.

Where are you watching Red Riding? I can't find it on All 4 or anywhere else apart from a DVD
coffeeandteav · 13/01/2021 08:56

Oh I thought it was on All 4 when I checked last night. I didn't try to play it though! Maybe it has been removed. Noooo!

Orpheline · 13/01/2021 09:11

Sons of Anarchy
The Sopranos
American Horror Story

coffeeandteav · 13/01/2021 09:13

I will have another look if you have seen it on there, it's probably me, It would be a strange coincidence if it was removed overnight
coffeeandteav · 13/01/2021 09:19

It's not there! Gutted

Orpheline · 13/01/2021 09:21

It's real, but crazy! I've watched most of your list Coffee, but enjoyed these too.

Thanks will add to my list. It sounds superior natural suppose should never judge by a title.

Just released. Night stalker: The hunt for a serial killer. Netflix

iloveroastpotatoes · 13/01/2021 21:52

@Scautish

Another one; Gomorrah (the series rather than film). It’s incredible but absolutely brutal. Hamsters in Naples.
Hamsters in Naples? How brutal can hamsters be? Grin
iluvsummer · 13/01/2021 22:23

Paranoid

BlueThistles · 14/01/2021 04:58

Red Riding was sooo disturbing 🌺

brushandmop · 14/01/2021 05:03

Lupin is a mystery series that follows a mans quest for justice for his father. Has similar vibe to Hustle.

It's French but really well dubbed.

It's on NZ netflix, not sure if its on UK Netflix but I highly recommend it.

BlueThistles · 14/01/2021 16:27

@brushandmop

sounds interesting.... I thoroughly enjoy Nordic Noir too... dubbed or subtitled love it ☺️

cherrytree63 · 14/01/2021 16:44

Collateral
I know you said you weren't keen on subtitles, I struggle to read and watch what's happening, but Giri/Haji and the Tunnel are part dubbed and I found them really easy to follow.
The Informer

cherrytree63 · 14/01/2021 16:46

@brushandmop we really enjoyed Lupin right up until we realised it was only one part, don't like cliffhangers lol

Adviceneededalways · 14/01/2021 17:19

I’ve found my people!!! 👏🏻

To add to the list Craich/Hidden which was a Welsh physiological drama that was refilmed in English. (think there are 3 seasons)

Definitely one of the darker things I’ve watched and I like dark!!

Thanks for all the suggestions, I’ve got Red Riding, Wire in the Blood and the Other Mother on my list now.

BlueThistles · 14/01/2021 17:32

HIDDEN was superb...

brushandmop · 14/01/2021 18:13

@cherrytree63
I know! We were aghast as it was 5 episodes too. Wasn't expecting it to end. I read that part 2 may be released quite soon.

It's been #2 in NZ all week!
