How to you "visualise" a year?

I was talking to dh about how I picture a year in my mind, and he doesn't do this. His year is just one month after another in a straight line.
Mine is a circle (I'll try and attach a picture)

The whole bottom edge is the summer holidays and the top Christmas. It's completely disproportionate to the timescale! I've always viewed my years in my minds eye like this.

Anyone else?

What do you mean though? When you think about years gone by you visualise the number in your head automatically? This is what I don't get. If I think about 2010 or the 80s, I think about my memories of those times. There isn't a title of visible letters in my head.

Yes - the event is plotted on a sort of chart. So I might have a memory, and superimposed is the year it took place with the years before and after tailing away on either side.

Mine are months lined up one after the other and like magazine in a shop and they tip forward as each month passes.

This is so interesting!
My year is a clock with June at 12, September at 3, December at 6. When I think about when something is happening in the year, I place it on the 'clock'. The next birthday in the house is at 9!

I can't even begin to understand what you are all talking about Grin. The test just "is". I sometimes think I don't have a "mind's eye" but I'm not sure. How do you find out?
Days are odd & even though although for me Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday are odd.

For me it’s a circle with December at 6 o’clock (IYSWIM). Days of the week are more of a horizontal oval loop with Monday on the right hand side.

It's definitely a straight line.

Mine is a circle too but it is clockwise!
