She can find another repulsive old git to keep her in the style /prison she is accustomed to.

iklboogeymum · 07/11/2020 18:46

Not very good news for the UK, for all those whooping and cheering. Leaves us badly exposed on brexit, Northern Ireland and a US trade agreement.

Do you think Trump would have given us an excellent trade agreement - never stabbing us in the back, reneging on promises or suddenly inflating prices to squeeze us if we didn't dance to his tune?

Puzzledandpissedoff · 07/11/2020 18:46

Due to Covid there may not be the traditional (inauguration) ceremony?

Now that's an interesting one ... wonder how they'll handle it?

Rhine · 07/11/2020 18:47

It means a no deal Brexit is far less likely than it was before.

Parker231 · 07/11/2020 18:48

I don’t think the U.K. will be worse off with Biden than Trump in a trade deal. Trump couldn’t be relied on and was never going to give anything up to the U.K.

I did hear it said that American women had decided a hair sniffer was an improvement on a pushy grabber!

I really hope twitter ban him (Trump) soon even though cancel culture and twitter banning women is against my general principles. There's always an exception to the rule. Confused

Never mind a trade deal, I wouldn't even buy a used car from Trump.
iklboogeymum · 07/11/2020 19:00

@somelemons - I agree. I wouldn't have believed him if he told me water was wet.

How long before Melania delivers divorce papers dyou reckon?

End of the week or saving it for Christmas Day, Den n' Ange style?

I think it is very good news for the UK. No-deal Brexshit is now hopefully much less likely, and maybe we can avoid chlorinated chicken.
jessstan1 · 07/11/2020 19:11

It's wonderful. I have friends and son has a fiancee in various parts of America and they are rejoicing.

For once, the fireworks aren't bothering me, they seem appropriate.

Crafting1Queen · 07/11/2020 19:22

Trump has been Dumped!

Igotjelly · 07/11/2020 19:23

And he's taken Nevada. Just keeps getting better. What a day!

Cattenberg · 07/11/2020 19:28

Still, what's this win going to do for Farage now?

Farage bet £10,000 on a Trump win. He is now alleging postal vote fraud right, left and centre, including in the UK.

jessstan1 · 07/11/2020 19:29

Trump has been Dumped!
Indeed and not before time. I'm surprised he wasn't 'got rid of' in some way before now.

However there is still time for him to create havoc before he is dragged out of the White House.

A brilliant idea. I wonder if I could send her a link to the clip... I really doubt she’s seen that moment in soap history.🤣
Peregrina · 07/11/2020 19:44

Isn't there a time limit for raising objections in the UK? So he's probably a bit late now to come along and complain.

Mrsjayy · 07/11/2020 19:50

There was an American voter on BBC breakfast saying he posted his weeks ago so there must have been a cut off out point for UK voters.

EscapeMoney · 07/11/2020 19:51

When Trump won the presidency and moved into the White House in 2016, you'll recall Melania did not move with him. She refused until they renegotiated their pre-nup agreement to make if more favorable to her.

Mrsjayy · 07/11/2020 19:52

forage is just pissed off he is out of pocket with no New job and he can't flounce about like he is the actual King of Europe!

TroysMammy · 07/11/2020 20:13

I'd imagine Trump would be the type of person to leave a turd on the rug of the Oval Office on his last day as a "fuck you" leaving gift.

Ylvamoon · 07/11/2020 20:22

I believe the White House will look more like this when Trup leaves. "If I can't have it, nobody will have it!"

I think the excuse used at the time was about Barron finishing his school term ... but yes, I'm prepared to believe there was more than that going on
