Just wondering, how many hours do you work in an average week and what is your job?

I do 30 hours over 3 days (nurse) and love my work life balance. I do one Sunday a month extra to top up my wages. My dc are teens now and I have a lot of free time on my hands, it's fab!

ItWasntMyFault · 29/10/2020 07:46

Yorensnow · 29/10/2020 07:47

21 hours a week but realistically it's more like 37 hours. I work in MH and it's extremely busy.

IsAnybodyListening · 29/10/2020 07:49

Finance-WFH, contracted hrs 35, most weeks work 45.

ShirazSavedMySanity · 29/10/2020 07:49

Teacher.
My contract laughingly states 27.5hours (I’m full time).
Reality is around 50-60 hours a week.

If only I was paid for the overtime.

unicornparty · 29/10/2020 08:03

Finance - 26 hrs a week

paintedpanda · 29/10/2020 08:07

37.5 plus overtime when needed. I'm an ODP

moveoverhogger · 29/10/2020 08:11

I get paid for 35hrs, some weeks I do that or a little less, other weeks I could do 40+, all depends on what's going on. During lockdown I was being paid my full hours but only working around 20, so I'm happy to give back to my company by doing a bit extra when needed.

I’m a bid consultant in the construction industry. I’m contracted to work 40 hours a week but that can go up to 70ish if the client on a tight deadline. We don’t get overtime but get time off in lieu, managers are generous with that.

ihearttc · 29/10/2020 08:31

30 hours, I’m a TA.

MacDuffsMuff · 29/10/2020 08:34
