I don't see it at all! Yes, they're both old Etonian actors around the same age, but there the similarity ends for me. I think Damian Lewis is very attractive but Dominic West is just slimy.

I find him and Damian Lewis somewhat interchangeable too. Someone on here on a sleb-spot thread once reported seeing DL on a bike in central London and apparently he leered at her as he went by.

Based on nothing much at all (from way before the aforementioned spot), I've always thought they were both sleazes.

If she's got any sense, she's back with Captain America. Though given that she's a pretty young actress who got herself photographed multiple times getting friendly with a sleazy married guy who played her father, I'm guessing she hasn't got much sense.

My understanding about the castle is that it is a total money pit. They tried to sell it a few years ago, but there were no takers, so now they rent it out for weddings, corporate events, etc. They also go and stay at the castle some weekends, holidays, etc. I guess they either have a manager who stays there permanently or an arrangement with locals to take care of the place and run the events.

Damien Lewis is married to the excellent Helen McCrory, who I'd be utterly terrified to cheat on, but mostly because of the characters she plays. I'm sure she's lovely in real life though.

Realistically, no. If a middle aged man doesnt value the history he has with his middle aged wife or see that growing older with your childrens mother and granchildrens grandmother outweighs a fling then you cant make them value what they just dont value. A lot of middle aged men value still being able to pull a young wan more highly than they value their wife. So let them go. So relieved to be single at 50 tbh. The mismatch of trying to make a middle aged man understand that he has aged too sounds so demoralising. Id just say right id l8ke my freedom too and make sure i got it.

You are being disingenuous, I presume? That house is lovely. I am sure he has others; they all collect houses. Oh - and doesn’t his wife have access to an Irish castle?

There’s something of the satyr about both Dominic West and Damian Lewis. Both of them give me the icky.

DW just looks like a bald chimp to me.

DL looks as though he’d be a bit of a wrong un, in that he would be whispering sweet nothings on the nest but would seize his moment to go in the wrong un without as much as a change of stroke.
