Any ideas what this could be?

I'm 29, have been on the desogestrel pill for over a year now (no periods at all) and am sexually active with my partner.

Last night, I was really really sick. I vomited everywhere and started to feel quite hot and cold. Woke up at about 5am drenched in sweat. Went back to sleep and woke up again at 9 and I was completely covered in blood.
Thinking it was just a period, I put a tampon in and forgot about it.

I soaked through the tampon (heaviest flow) in 20 minutes.

Went to the toilet to change it and passed two massive (size of a golf ball) clots, then suddenly got extreme pains in my stomach - radiating up my back to my shoulder. I'm honestly in the worst pain ever.

My heart is going really fast, I feel freezing but my body feels hot, I can't stop shaking.
I'm frightened, I don't know what's going on with me.

Tried to go the walk in centre, but you need an appointment and they've got none today.

My dad is here at the minute and he doesn't do fuss (especially when it comes to illness). My partner told my dad to take me to the hospital (as he's working) but my dad isn't having it and I don't feel well enough to drive myself.

Has anyone got any ideas about what this could be and whether I need the hospital or not? I don't know what to do.
Thank you

(I apologise if this doesn't make sense, I'm in a lot of pain.)

Not for today, but your dad's a fucking dick.

CorianderLord · 11/10/2020 00:11

Are you OK OP? I hope you are, this was terrifying to read. If you'd been too unwell to talk to your neighbour or call an ambulance your dads behaviour could have meant you died Shocking behaviour.

Crystalknobs · 11/10/2020 00:17

Hope all is well Op and you feel better soon.
Whether your dad doesn’t like fuss or not, you don’t just walk away when someone’s really ill ffs.

PastMyBestBeforeDate · 11/10/2020 00:20

Sepsis might be the cause. I'm thinking of the MNer who was bleeding and ended up in A&E (and the papers) after posting here and being told to call an ambulance.

SirVixofVixHall · 11/10/2020 00:46

Hope you're ok OP. I had something similar a few years ago, ended up having a transfusion after losing so much blood. Hope your partner is there with you too.

Hope you are OK op, I've been following your post since last night hoping for a positive ending. 💐

Muddybuddy · 11/10/2020 09:17

That sounds truly awful op. I can only imagine how it would feel to be abandoned by your dad when you felt so ill. I hope the hospital has found what it is and you feel much better. When this is all over, your dad needs to realise how selfish and reckless his behaviour was and what could have happened to you because of it

JamminDoughnuts · 11/10/2020 09:20
Thanks
CoffeeNights · 11/10/2020 09:36

I hope your Dad is feeling suitably ashamed!
Get better soon Flowers
