Today, I cleaned the fridge

yes I really did !

I pulled it out and cleaned behind, and it was bad.. my bad.

I emptied it and bleached everything including the food, and have just put everything in it and pushed it back and arranged all the fridge magnets and children's drawings and I feel amazing.

I sent a small video to my bloke hard at work.... which he appreciated no end. I do believe he is showing our fridge to his colleagues right now (NOT)

Tomorrow I will clean out one kitchen cupboard because I am fab. I am Woman and I can do this.

Anybody else do anything truly wonderful and worthy of note today ?

Well, my de cluttered bits remain de cluttered. But I still can’t be bothered hoovering. There’s just No sense of accomplishment with that!

The noise might motivate you into something. Think about it over a nice cup of tea and a slice of cake. I have a virtual Victoria sandwich cake here ( because if it were really here I would eat it - sadly all of it - bit by bit - so you would not notice it had gone ).

Today I bathed the dog.
When I say bathed I mean I had a wrestling match in a foam party. It's no easy task with an Irish wolfhound!
I won..... eventually.
Now I'm sat recovering with a cuppa while the dog is laid sulking.
My sense of achievement is immense. 👍

I found magic erasers in the Aldi aisle of wonder yesterday. Now I have plans to clean the utility room walls, where the dog always shakes mud around. However, it's raining. So there's no point doing it now, as aforementioned dog will just shake again, before I've had time to bask in the satisfaction of clean walls.

I just booked an eye test, a vet check for the mew, and I'm on the phone to the dentist to book that. I've been putting it off for ages

Today I’ve booked ds a flu jab, myself a haircut and painted the shower room.

Tomorrow I’m going to make a start on painting the utility room - that’s a much bigger project, I’m not sure if I’m getting a bit over ambitious but we’ll see 😬

@lazylinguist I'm sure she will appreciate her lovely new pair of sicks

Oops! I quite like my MIL, so I think I'll make her socks rather than sicks!

@ByTheStarryNight it looks like I need a trip to Aldi next week now. Until then I will sit back and contemplate hoovering with a slice of @Anordinarymum‘s virtual Victoria sponge.
