Which items do you always buy branded?

I buy lots of supermarket own brand things and will always give a supermarket brand a go, but some things just don't measure up for me!

Some of the things I always buy the big brand are Birdseye peas and McVities rich tea biscuits.

What are yours?

Everything else tends to be store named

Babybel Light cheeses
Alpen Protein Berries bars
Eat Natural Maple & Pecan protein bars
Kenco Americano coffee
Sheba cat food
Heinz baked beans
Nando's Mild Perinaise
Dorset tea bags

Usually get Coke Zero but trying Tesco Xero as it's much cheaper

Hadn't thought of crisps, I'm not too bothered which crisps so I just tend to buy whatever's on offer, not tried own brand though! Any use?

Cooper’s Oxford Marmalade
Marmite
Lurpak

Tetley tea
Hellman’s mayonnaise ( salad cream I like any cheap brand)
Heinz beans and spaghetti

Heinz ketchup
Branston beans
Birds eye garden peas
KTC chick peas and kidney beans

Thats about it really anything else as long as its reasonable quality I dont really care

Longley Farm cottage cheese, any other brand is no comparison

DeCecco pasta,
McVities rich tea biscuits - they don’t have palm oil, others usually have it.
Lurpack or President butter for eating ( but any unsalted butter for baking)
Only branded yogurt: Oykos, Skyr, Activia
Hellman’s for mayo
Baileys - and only original
Fairy platinum
Dettol wipes and spray

Tesco Finest and the Asda equivalent are lovely, and £1 per big bag, which I think is half the price of Kettle Crisps and similar brands, if not less than.

I forgot about washing up liquid. That has to be a brand, but I’m not fussy on which brand

Oh yes also Yorkshire Tea.

Except my DH has gone and bought a huge PG tips and already opened it.

So now I have a few weeks of lesser tea.

Always the original dairy liquid.

Sacla pesto. Even tried my own but I prefer theirs. I was going to say not a lot else but marmite for sure and bread when I buy sliced. I also now want de Cecco lady pasta. My son says birds eye chicken dippers too but I wouldn't buy them at all if I had more time and a husband who cooked occasionally
