Chicken Kiev. What vegetables?

I have a nice one of these for tomorrow's dinner but don't know which vegetables to have too. I already have Parmentier potatoes; I'm not keen on green beans or garden peas. What would you go for ? Ta.

Is butter a carb?

I like broccoli and sweetcorn with ours, and maybe carrots as well. Boiled new potatoes or pretend sauté potatoes baked in the oven.

I've taken to making little individual foil boats for each Kiev so that you at least get your fair share of leaked garlic butter.
