I'm lying here feeling so bloated and big! Got about just under a stone to shift. Started doing some exercise, drinking as much water as possible and going to eat better
Anyone want to start this week too and jeep each other motivated?

Me too I'm kind of lacking motivation though.
I know once I get into it and start feeling better it will be easier!!

Microwaveoven · 22/06/2020 20:41

Yes!! I have about 20lbs to loose. Yuck. Feeling awful. And look awful and it's bloody hot and I am fat... Raaaaa.
This isn't lock-down weight though! I have actually put nothing on. I was just fat before!

Namechangex10000 · 22/06/2020 20:43

I haven’t even braved the scales yet. I wish I felt like I had the willpower but I really don’t 😫

Makemedoit · 22/06/2020 20:43

Yes please. I definitely need to

Makemedoit · 22/06/2020 20:44

Any tips or advice on how to do this?

SierraHotel · 22/06/2020 20:46

I'm in. I have 21lb to lose, sounds less than a stone and a half 😩

pinklashes98 · 22/06/2020 20:47

Can I please join? My son just turned 1 last month and I still have my pregnancy weight to lose and the rest which I gained after he was born 😔

I have recently started doing the couch to 5k walks / runs. Trying to eat better and drink more water too.

Ghostlyglow · 22/06/2020 21:03

I need to lose a stone too. I don't think I'm ready to give up my nightly beer though, that's the problem...

Louise000000 · 22/06/2020 21:38

Firstly I'm drinking at least 2 litres of water a day and I'm also going to get back onto intermittent fasting which worked great for me before. I love chocolate and treats so I would have them early afternoon and still feel like id had my sweet treats. Then an early healthy dinner around 5pm then nothing till next day.

I've also had a lot of alcohol over past few weeks so not going to drink for a couple of weeks.

Can i join? I started this about 8 weeks ago and have lost 13 lbs!!! I basically ate my way through the first 2 months of lockdown, so i think a lot of that was bloat and bad timing re when i weighed myself at the start, but it makes me feel good to count it. I'd also let some weight creep on over the previous 6 months so i actually have another 11 lbs to lose and am pushing to try to achieve this by the end of July. Afterward i need to really start monitoring my weight, and I'm thinking it's got to be daily so i don't lose sight of things again.

spudlike1 · 22/06/2020 21:55

yes pls Smile

Louise000000 · 22/06/2020 22:35

I'm hoping the first 7 lbs will be water weight as my diet has been very salty and little water 🤞🤞

Yes please. I'm going to start with 16:8 tomorrow. I want to lose 15 kg.

Louise000000 · 22/06/2020 22:40

I'm going to set a reminder for every Monday then to come on and update progress.
I'll do a weigh in first thing on a Monday morning and hopefully can motivate one another!!

Yes please. I started losing 2 months ago, have a lot to loose but not much chat on the other threads. Had done ok & lost 12lb.

I have had a holiday this last week & put on 2lb this morning. Need to get back into good habits from tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed for a decent loss next week. Good luck all!

AllesAusLiebe · 23/06/2020 00:13

yes please, I'm in. Absolutely disgusted with how much weight I've gained during lockdown. I'm not meaning to be nasty about weight gain, but in my case, it's sheer laziness and alcohol consumption. I really have no excuses!

I've started (today!) With some fitness videos. Going to try and get back into running and Chloe Ting's workouts on YouTube.

Good luck everyone. I'd be really interested to hear how the couch to 5k goes for you all. That's what I'm going to try tomorrow.

FedHimtoTigers1990 · 23/06/2020 01:35

Yes, I'd be up for this.

I have gained so much over the last year. Was on medication that caused me to put on about 2 stone.

Then in lockdown, drinking and eating too much. Also have a back injury and had tigive up running. Even struggling to walk any distance just now but i need to shift the weight, its not helping my back and cant carry the weight being 5ft.

I have been using MFP and eating 1200-1400 calories every day and forcing myself to do 10000 steps a day. I lost 8lbs from 1st May to 5th June but fell off the wagon 2 weeks ago and scared to weigh myself now 😭🤣

Paranoidmarvin · 23/06/2020 06:23

I started a week ago and lost 5Ib in the first week. I know it will slow down but that was a huge booster for me. Was gutted when I realised I couldn’t fit into my summer clothes.
I won’t give up and I will fit into my clothes again. Hate feeling this hate. The hate trumps the nice taste of food now as well. I’m in !

chutneypig · 23/06/2020 06:31

Count me in. I was at my lowest adult weight in February, started creeping back up in March. I managed to maintain where I was the last 6 weeks but I reckon I’d like to lose 4-5 kg now.

I went back to 5:2 last week. Fast day yesterday and snacked a bit so I’ll be more disciplined tomorrow.

It’s being at home with snacks around that gets me, normally I’m away at my flat in the week for work and I just don’t keep snacks around.

beautyqueenfrompluto · 23/06/2020 07:09

Yes! I have about 10lbs to loose. I want to look good when I see family again at the end of July!

user1471463807 · 23/06/2020 07:18

Can I join too!
I need to loose a stone or buy new clothes in a bigger size 😢
Going to try intermittent fasting which was working before lockdown and hoping that starting back to work will help with structure in my day.
Happy to weigh in here every Monday morning, hopefully with a minus number
