I'm lying here feeling so bloated and big! Got about just under a stone to shift. Started doing some exercise, drinking as much water as possible and going to eat better
Anyone want to start this week too and jeep each other motivated?

@AllesAusLiebe morning! I started the couch to 5k about two weeks ago. I kept putting it off as I had not been running for about 2 years and my thighs are huge so feel very insecure getting into gym leggings. But after the first run I did feel really good and you can have your music playing while the coach guides you so that helped me to zone out.

I've also been recommended the Chloe Ting videos so might do a work out today whilst my son has a nap!

Right let's really try this week. I've just ordered some clothes from next in my optimistic size as an insentive to keep at it.
I've had plenty junk food days and drinking nights so time to cut back and start feeling better.
Check in on Monday and hopefully see everyone is down even a pound is progress!! 🙌💪💪

please may i join? 2 stone to loose.
Also going to try intermittent fasting, because I've seen results before.. with a cheat day on Sunday.

Trying really hard not to drink (its become a habit) and not eating until early afternoon, then one dinner meal a day.

Hoping to start running again, started at the beginning of lockdown and as it got more depressing I just stopped!

Can I join? I have 2 stone to lose. Lockdown has not been good for me as I've been drinking and snacking far too much. When I'm at work I normally walk quite a bit but this has gone out of the window recently. I think I'll give c25k a go and stop drinking and snacking.

I'm in! I need to lose a stone at least! Too much alcohol has been my biggest downfall alongside crisps/takeaways etc! Also zero exercise. Hoping this thread gives me some motivation!

I've lost 8Ilbs so far in a month. I've got another 10 Ilbs to go. It's getting harder this week. Not sure why but there always seems to be a reason I need to eat something I shouldn't!

2 stones 2 lbs to get shot of here.

I've already lost 2 stones 2 lbs and had actually managed to lose 2 stones 9lbs before lockdown. But half a stone crept back on through poor eating choices and lack of portion control.

My ideal weight is probably about 5 stone away but if I can shed 2 stone from here I will be delighted. Baby steps in getting off the 2lb I've put on this last week & getting good habits again.

Today I've just been on most of my daily walk with dc but left a leg out to check my ankle could cope. Will do another little walk later as seems ok.

It's amazing how I did well for 2 months Boden& less than a week of excess, the bad habits are nearly ingrained again. I'd much rather have a crisp sandwich for lunch than the soup I'm about to heat up, but needs must!

It's really helpful being part of this group, I had a salad for lunch today and made sure I didn't munch my sons left over lunch! The rest of the family is sitting enjoying ice creams at the moment whilst I'm about to have a green tea 😫😫

I've just had pasta with loads of fresh veg and feeling great for it. Made veggie soup for later and guzzling water like mad.
I've only 12 lbs to shift so not as much as others but let's keep each other going.

Hi, can I join. Been enjoying food provided by the hospital during lockdown which is now ending. At one point I scanned my food into my fitness Pal and know the lunches are too calorific. Generally feeling as unhappy with my body as ever. Hate seeing photos of myself. Current weight 65kg, target weight 57.

@Paranoidmarvin trying to eat pasta early afternoon and had some soup for dinner and I was craving sugar about 8/9 so I had a few of the kids' chews which hit the spot.

I've got my fitness pal back too, I just find it hard guessing the calories in home made foods. And also guessing the calories burned in doing hiit exercises, at the gym I was told in a 20 min hiit workout expect to burn 300-400 calories, but online it's saying 9 calories per min?

I hear u. I hate trying to count the calories. It’s the hardest thing. I just do my best. And it seems to be working. This is the last time I’m dieting. I refuse to do this again. So will keep on top of it when I hit 10 stone.

Well, I’ve decided to start today!!? Rather than “on Monday” Grin

I’ve worked out that just the amount of coke and wine I drink (mainly coke) im consuming an extra 1500 calories a day.

I am ashamed!!

10am and I’ve done 1litre of water, going to buy some scales later and plan to allow myself to eat between 12-8 (although if I can push to a smaller 6 hour window, I will)

Never counted calories before so this should be interesting.

Also thinking of couch to 5k - can anybody recommend the best app?

Can I join please? Need to lose a stone minimum

Ooh can I join? I would love to lose a stone. Guzzling lots of water today due to the heat and will be going to the shops tomorrow to top up my fruit and veg!

A Monday weigh in works for me (as it means I might be a bit more restrained on a weekend)

Louise000000 · 26/06/2020 12:13

I'm already down 1 lb so hope slightly more by mobday weigh in 🤞🤞
