I'm lying here feeling so bloated and big! Got about just under a stone to shift. Started doing some exercise, drinking as much water as possible and going to eat better
Anyone want to start this week too and jeep each other motivated?

I’m not weighing until Friday but I swear if not lost I will be fuming because I’ve at the very least cut AT LEAST 1500 kcals a day and I’ve been doing intermittent fasting

Ouch @Louise000000 they do come out with things like that. My weight is all on my stomach so any bloating and I have the same issue.

Hope the weigh in shows a good loss today @Namechangex10000

I think this week has been going well, just need to not lose it over the weekend. My fast days were fine, barely felt hungry. I did eat a little more on one as I’d run in the morning. Hoping this approach which balance out weekends as long as I’m sensible and don’t snack.

I joined this then didn't do any dieting. I am doing an aerobic class. Then having a banana for breakfast

Ten pounds to lose for me!

I am using an optimistic booked holiday to keep me motivated in 4 weeks

If I lost 2 lbs a week I'd be thrilled.

After binging for the first two months of lockdown I have lost half a stone.. I find I always crumble just before the holiday due to panic (?!?) and put a loaf back on

Namechangex10000 · 03/07/2020 07:58

Someone please tell me how the hell I have put on a 1lb?!?! I am absolutely furious

Redcrow · 03/07/2020 08:06

Can I join? I binned my scales over a year a go, at that point I figured I had 7lbs to lose, I've been eating largely well and took up running but I stupidly weighed myself at someone else's house last weekend and I've now got 13lbs to lose 😭 I've been doing 16:8 and while I think it has helped with my ibs I obviously haven't been losing weight so going to try and slip in two 600kcal days next week. Starting on monday as it's my anniversary on sunday and promised dh a takeaway curry. I'm so annoyed cos weve hardly had any treats like curries

Louise000000 · 03/07/2020 09:21

I'm down another 1lb today from Mon, so it looks like 1lb per week. I kind of hoped the first 3lbs would have been water weight but never mind at least its going down.
I'm eating about 1500 cals and doing a 30 min work out every day.
Also 2 litres of water
I feel better about myself which is a good feeling and also not getting as hungry in the evenings.

Bugged up my 5 weeks hard work hell today by eating everything in a 5 mile distance

Angry

Woohoo it's finally coming off for me.
I'm down 6lbs since the first day I've started so it was obviously some water weight. My period has helped shift that I think!!
So motivated now that I'm on the right track!
Having a bday party today so will treat myself a bit but not go over board!!

I am using the NHS 12 week lose weight plan along with my fitness Pal to keep track. Started yesterday. I'm going to weigh myself every Wednesday I think. Starting weight 66kg. My waist to hip ratio is far worse than BMI and no trousers sit right. I have to have them high with an uncomfortably tight belt or they fall down. I have had a baby, but two years ago no and I look worse than I did postpartum.

I've not posted in a while as I've decided old scales were unreliable (showing too much of a too wide variation in weight when weighing in first thing in the morning). So I've ordered new scales but it's taking ages for them to arrive! I think I expect them to show I'm bigger than i've ever weighed in at and as a result, rather than feeling motivated, I have given in a little on my diet. The mind is a curious and unhelpful thing!

Buck, love that pic, I've made a few plates like this for myself and I really enjoy it.
