I'd guess girl but wouldn't be surprised either way, that is fairly neutral clothing for a baby.

I'd guess a girl mainly because of the shirt. But wouldn't be surprised if it was a boy either.

It's a baby.

Even with gendered clothing it's hard to tell.

I used to get told off for asking "what's it's name?"
