Anything to jazz it up? I normally just boil it for a bit and then force myself to eat it

If tender-stem then no need to boil/steam. Lots of garlic and chopped ginger in wok cooked for a bit them brocolli in stir fry plus
Put lid on to allow to steam a bit.
I’ve never boils broccoli - always steam it - tastes much better and stays vibrant green. Love it steamed just with butter.
Bloody love brocolli.

I love broccoli (boiled) and it's my go-to.
And I'm not really a vegetable person.

Thank you to the poster earlier who suggestd blending the stalk bits with creme fraiche and grated cheese and stock to make soup. Shall surely try that.

Roast it. Never boil veg ever again. No veg is good boiled

Any veg is better roasted. I love roasted broccoli - bit of olive oil, salt, pepper and half a teaspoon of sugar.

Put some vinegar on it.

Raw, into small ish florets, then at a sauce made of soy sauce, Chinese 5 spice powder, lemon juice olive oil, and salt.
Leave to sit for 30 mins if possible, giving the odd stir.

Some kind of witchcraft happens while your back is turned, tastes so good

Brilliant ideas on here, thanks to all who have posted. I did roast my broccoli last night and it was pretty good Smile Looking forward to trying the others.

Macaroni cheese.

Always tenderstem (not as keen on the florets on the regular one) and steam stems first then add florets at end. It's my 11-yr old's fave vegetable.
