unfortunately it's her fence... but I have an old trailer thing which has rusted away to just metal and if I stand that up in front of her gate she wont be able to move it! not sure I'll be able to move it either actually but will cross that bridge when I come to it.

I dont know why people go on threads they dont like? I mean have your say, get into a bit of argie bargie then go find something more interesting to do?

yolofish · 06/02/2020 16:51

I have been severely REPRIMANDED on thread 257. I am chastened, positively chastened. (Not by MNHQ - yet.)

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 06/02/2020 16:59

Sitting on my hands, yolo....

yolofish · 06/02/2020 17:20

Grin fleas!

7Worfs · 06/02/2020 17:40

Let me have a look 👀

7Worfs · 06/02/2020 18:26

Rofl. Someone reported Wendy’s post.
I’m following hers and MNHQ advice to ignore posts I find stupid (or something to that effectWink)

Imagine the angst that drives you to constantly enter a lighthearted gossip thread to start arguments. Shock

SOOO good 7-as-I-call-you you said it 4 times! MN being a bit wobbly at the moment, need to find out what is being said

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 06/02/2020 18:51

Do you think drink has been taken 7Worfs? It's the only excuse I can think of..

7Worfs · 06/02/2020 18:56

Lol, this multi-posting is embarrassing Blush

Mischief It hasn't crossed my mind, but now that you put the hypothesis out there...

yolofish · 06/02/2020 18:58

DH is swearing in the kitchen, someting to do with the fact that I put the dishwasher on. He'd have been swearing more if I hadnt, that's for sure!

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 06/02/2020 19:06

Not thriving having eaten too many liquorice comfits. I really shouldn't let myself be tempted. I have had the laziest day possible today, haven't achieved a thing. A little light shopping but that's it.

Tomorrow is another day...

7Worfs · 06/02/2020 19:10

Pft! Muttering I'll accept but swearing is an overreaction. Temporary deafness I think!

On an unrelated note, I feel like a thief. I order our monthly household meat in one delivery. Two months in a row they make a mistake and instead of sending a half-shoulder of lamb, they send a whole one. I really need to email them about it.

DandyAF · 06/02/2020 20:02

Odd 7Worfs that MNHQ deleted only 2 of your 4 posts and not 3. Perhaps they thought repeating it once was acceptable, but anything more was crossing a line Grin

I’ve just seen that the reason stated for one of my posts on this thread is that MNHQ deleted it. Yes they did, but at my request because it had a picture of my dog in and I only wanted it up temporarily. I shall contact them and ask that they rectify the false categorisation Wink

Lol Grin

7Worfs · 06/02/2020 20:18

Just saw a thread with a post that multiplied x26. Lolz.
It was a long, helpful post too. Most excellent. Grin

TheMustressMhor · 06/02/2020 21:24

Now what are you all up to?

I used to have a big problem with repeating posts.

I never found out what caused them.

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 06/02/2020 21:32

MN has been all over the place this evening, slow, then repeating itself. I know the feeling...

I've been posting on The Thread, trying to keep it light, but it's just me and the tumbleweed so far.

yolofish · 06/02/2020 22:14

Ooh hello! you lot fell off my watch list, I blame mumsnet so there.

We had turkey curry for supper, yes it had been in the freezer since Jan. It was surviving if not thriving. We are trying to eat the freezer contents, but its complicated.

How's the patio mustress? Slebs or slabs down? Anyone buried underneath?

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 06/02/2020 22:16

Also allow me to share my new discovery, "The Righteous Gemstones" on Sky Comedy, or in my case, Now TV.

Very funny series about an American Evangelical Church family. I have binge watched the entire offering today whilst gorging on liquorice comfits.

yolofish · 06/02/2020 22:20

fleas I cant cope with binge watching, it goes on too long and I cant sit still! I have to do an episode a night (or even a week if it's on proper tv) will check that out though.

7Worfs · 06/02/2020 22:28

I will look it up, I have a few hours of an evening but usually spend them on MN and playing Hearthstone.

Dinner was salmon, roast parsnips, steam veg.

I’ve cultivated a new after dinner habit - a cup of decaf coffee accompanied by a Bendicks bitter mint. Feeling like a duchess.

yolofish · 06/02/2020 22:32

7 any Duchess? or an M&H (S) Duchess? sorry couldnt resist...
