myImaginary - I just PM.d you to say that yes I do remember ,but then I thought you might think it odd that I didn't post on here .

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 27/01/2020 00:37

I've PM'd you peridito. Small world!Smile

goldierocks · 27/01/2020 08:36

Good morning all - I hope everyone is ok.

7worfs - thinking of your DS, I hope he's feeling better and on the mend.

Have a good day allSmile

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 27/01/2020 08:50

Going to the cinema tonight to see Little Women. We have a local independent cinema within walking distance - two circle tickets with two glasses of wine costs us a tenner. I've only just shaken off one headache so I'm taking a risk with the wine.

TheMustressMhor · 27/01/2020 10:03

Are you mad, Myimaginarycat?

Cheapo plonk?

Oooh. Not good. Not good at all.

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 27/01/2020 10:06

I might just stick with the coffee Mustress. But I shall burn with inner resentment as DH quaffs his glass of red. Wine

7Worfs · 27/01/2020 10:08

Good morrow!

Thanks goldie, it was a sleepless night but he’s much better today, temp lower (38 pre-Calpol) and he’s not whinging, so I think he’s no longer in discomfort. Phew!

fleas what a bargain, we stopped going to the cinema about 5 years ago when two tickets and popcorn+drink totalled to £30 in London.
Now that I’m enjoying the small town life I need to check the local cinema prices.

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 27/01/2020 10:09

We are discussing TM's interview with Piers Morgan on the other thread. The "happy" thread appears to have self-combusted with sheer joy as it is no more.

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 27/01/2020 10:10

So glad the little' un seems better this morning 7

You will be ill next. Did anyone tell you, children are known carriers of disease?Grin

EcocabbyRickShaw · 27/01/2020 10:11

Our little independent cinema burned down nearly 4 years ago and even thought hey keep saying they plan to rebuild there is no sign as yet Sad.

They used to bring out trays of coffee in the interval. I miss the trays of coffee.

OVienna · 27/01/2020 10:21

Myimaginary they've doubled down on thread 14. I'd love to know what these people do for a living. I can't engage I need to divert focus at this point!

On another matter may I ask for views on DDog? He ate a pack of cheese that was defrosting when we were out Saturday. I thought I had accounted for all the packaging. Seems not. He threw up some plastic wrapping this am. Looks like the lot but- would you scan? He is otherwise fine (very large dog.) would you watch and wait a bit?

7Worfs · 27/01/2020 10:25

I’m already sneezing, fleas. Lots of hot coffee helps though. Brew

Intervals - how fancy; only experienced those in the Royal Albert Hall.
Which by the way is only a bit more expensive than London cinemas and also sell tickets directly, unlike the day robbery middle men selling theatre and concert tickets...

7Worfs · 27/01/2020 10:28

OVienna if the wrapper didn’t have any sharp edges, it will come out the other end.

If it had edges I think I’d be paranoid that it might perforate something.
I’m not a very experienced dog person though...

ilovejeffgoldblum · 27/01/2020 10:47

@OVienna don't worry ddog ate the plastic top ( whole top!) of my favourite fit flops , vomited day one , then passed the remainder over next few , she was fine!

OVienna · 27/01/2020 10:55

Thank you! No sharp edges on the packaging. Vom brown but nothing bloody (sorry,TMI.) Walker will fill me in later if any more issues. Can do vet tomorrow if need be...xxx

7Worfs · 27/01/2020 11:07

Show us that cheese lover when you’re home later, we need more pet pics in here Smile

GracefulHippo · 27/01/2020 11:08

7, so happy your DS is better!

What are everyone having for dinner? We have been having a dreary last few weeks with flu and issues at school, so would like something yummy to cheer everyone up. Need inspiration Smile

ilovejeffgoldblum · 27/01/2020 11:09

True 7 more pet pics is a must! Particularly cat ones ( I miss mine so much!) . Also more dinner menus from mur !

ilovejeffgoldblum · 27/01/2020 11:10

Cross post grace 😃

TheMustressMhor · 27/01/2020 11:23

7Worfs I am glad your baby is better.

I am bewildered as to what anyone has to say on Thread 14 now, but I shall go and have a look.

It amazes me that cheese has featured so often on this thread. Either far too much of it (chez fleas) or dogs eating it (chez Vienna)

OVienna have you tried posting in the dog equivalent of the Litter Tray?

What is the dog equivalent of the Litter Tray, anyway?

OP posts:
ilovejeffgoldblum · 27/01/2020 11:48

TheMustressMhor
I would strongly advise against looking at the thread , same old same old , unless your feeling strong in the stomach!

TheMustressMhor · 27/01/2020 12:12

Well you see ilovejeff that is why I am not posting on Thread 14.

When PH and MM do something noteworthy, I will. Otherwise, I can do without the hassle.

ilovejeffgoldblum · 27/01/2020 12:14

TheMustressMhor your self control is epic , mine is slipping!
I'm not normally drawn in!

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 27/01/2020 13:10

What is the dog equivalent of the Litter Tray, anyway?

I think it's The Doghouse, Mustress

OVienna · 27/01/2020 13:10

I haven't posted in dawgs yet. Brought it here.

Here he is (with chat) below.
