Just read this on their instagram page.
They plan on becoming private citizens

Meghan was wearing her wedding rings when they went to Canada House.
That was the wierdest visit; thanking them for having her in Canada; as if they were back in the UK for good; to work.

Yesterday; she was papped at the National Theatre not wearing any rings. I suspect all is not well in that Sussex marriage.
Harry is doing anything to appease her.

Am I missing something- surely Zara and Mike have set an alternative model already for royal grandchildren albeit Zara's mum.isnt in direct succession and Zara never had a title. You still see Zara at church at Christmas and other big royal events but otherwise she seems to live a normal life. Can't Harry just do the same?

It saddens me that the people commenting and speculating with such passion and vitriol ( about people they have never met and never will meet ) are raising the next generation.

Harry is his own man and a very pissed off one. None of the RF stepped up to help Meghan. The public and the media united in their hatred of his wife for having the cheek to marry 'their Harry'. He stuck his two fingers up at all of them.

They flew home during their supposed break to deliver the news jointly. Once done, she went back to the baby or he advised her to go back to save her from even more vitriol and hatred.

The next baby they have will be without the horrible comments about their choice of name, whether his eyes are too close together or what type of hair he will have.

They did the right thing for their family.

The RF care about their own brand far more than anything else.

They have no reason to give up their titles too and why should they?

True @Happysummer2020 but I think these titles are given at birth or weddings. The BRF are not the same in anyway as the real world. I guess why Meghan has found it so difficult. It would not be easy to join the BRF but maybe something they should have hashed out before she joined them/married into it? i guess it’s too late once you’re in and it would be overwhelming. Times and culture are changing too. Maybe the BRF have had their time. We will see.

How do you know none of the RF stepped up to help Meghan? It looked to me like she was welcomed. PC walked her down the aisle. He made sure he took care of her mother at the wedding. But yes of course they didn’t help. Whatever.

Because all Kate and William had to do is be seen with them. That would have stopped the talk about ‘Meghan making Kate cry’ and such rubbish. They didn’t.

Walking away would be giving up the title and trappings,and being independent.
They have just become a brand to make money!

Eh? Read their statement - they don't want to walk away from the lifestyle and the pomp! They want that and freedom to earn loads of money too.

They haven't walked away on "their terms"! The details are yet to be decided. Delusional!

Whatever is going on behind the scenes, it seems like a very sorry situation.

Underneath all the wealth and titles and bollocks, we’re watching a family crack apart. Brothers fighting, a dad probably feeling very blindsided, plus whatever impact on a very elderly grandmother.

The palace is undoubtedly trying for sort of damage limitation before theIr ‘servants’ for the lot of them to step down.

People queuing at soup kitchens while they live in ivory towers. The whole thing is a pile of rot!

Don’t forget there’s lots of other big news in the press. If you want to make a Statement to the Queen do so privately and move on. The BRF will sort this, so it’s all currently chaos and yes everyone is up in arms, and then everyone will settle down when the Queen shows us she’s happy. Honestly let’s not waste too much time on this. the Queen will figure it’s out and make it work. If you don’t like H and M then don’t buy their product. Simple. And the Queens son is accused of worse and he is doing fine. They’ll sort it out.

I can't help feeling intensely irritated by Harry's weakheaded adoration of Meghan but that's where his heart is and the pain for everyone directly involved must be awful.

Anyone see Tom Bradby interviewed? He stated that there had been a lot of divisions and harsh words said around the time of the wedding. He’s not denying there are massive rifts between various members.

Also noticed the lack of a ring today. Now she’s flown back to Canada.

So many people have spent last night and today making multiple posts on multiple threads about how much they don't like two people they have never met.

You have no idea what their personalities are actually like. You have no idea what their relationship is like. You have no idea what circumstances within the royal family may or may not have have prompted this.

If you have so much hatred for people you don't know that you are not only willing to believe tabloid rubbish, but you are genuinely joyful at the thought of them failing or angry at the thought of them doing well, then please please take a step away and get back to your own life.

Get a bit of perspective ffs.
