I'm making garlic chicken & leek potato bake from a recipe I found on Pinterest. Serving with green beans, and a for me, because I couldn't decide whether it needed something else alongside it.

What's cooking at yours?

Nothing exciting tonight, turkey, veg and noodle stir fry.

Tuna pasta bake and a salad 🙂

Quiche, roasted tomatoes and garlic spinach. Bloody great.

Massaman chicken curry with rice

I just polished off a rare venison steak.

Very quick and easy broccoli and pea pasta with cheesy sauce. Good comfort food!

Sausage and mash and garlic bread. Ice cream.

A curry dinner in a box - we’ve done so much elaborate cooking over the past several weeks, we fancied something ready-made.

I’m really looking forward to it.

Mac and cheese with all the end bits of cheese leftover from Christmas, and a bit of leftover ham. I’ve counted five cheeses in there in total!

Last month i made a vegi wellington and there was so much it actually made two very large wellingtons so i froze one. Serving it with mash, carrots and peas and a red onion and red wine gravy and we have mince pies and mince pie ice cream for dessert. With red wine of course!

A Nadiya Hussein chicken and rice tray bake. First time trying it so fingers crossed. I am a terrible cook.

Home made kebabs tonight, lots of cabbage and onion salad and a glass of wine

Fish and green bean korma with rice.
Was really good.

DP made mushroom stroganoff with brown (blergh chewy) rice. Recipe from Jamie Oliver Veg cookbook. However, as we didn't have any tiny silverskin onions he substituted strong homemade pickled onions. I do not recommend this.
