I'm making garlic chicken & leek potato bake from a recipe I found on Pinterest. Serving with green beans, and a Wine for me, because I couldn't decide whether it needed something else alongside it.

What's cooking at yours?

Steak and pepper sauce, homemade coleslaw, mini corn on the cob and cubed potatoes roasted with garlic. I'm bloody starving

TheFaerieQueene · 03/01/2020 18:55

I’ve marinated a salmon fillet in a Thai marinade that I make regularly, for DH. Then baked and served with a stir fry and rice noddles cooked in the same marinade, that I can eat as I’m vegan. V v tasty.

ALemonyPea · 03/01/2020 18:56

Steak and onion baguettes, added cheesy garlic mushrooms on mine and DHs. With potato wedges and salad for the hungrier ones.

lucysmam · 03/01/2020 18:56

@georgialondon as tempting as that is; I suspect dd2 would have flounced out of the kitchen if I suggested another 'pick at what you want' day then proceeded to create myself an amazing cheesy tea platter while she had a few slices of ham & plain crackers.

As it is, she didn't eat anything except the green beans and emergency garlic bread I chucked in the oven :(
