Can't promise that I will exercise every day or eat healthy every day but I am going to try and be mindful of what I eat and try to be more active.

I'm 16 stone 5.5 lb, size 18/20 and am 5'.4"

Must remember that slow and steady wins the race.

Gained 2lbs last week and then lost it again this week. Need to be more consistent.

Hi again all. Smile Glad to hear you are all doing so well. I've lost a total of one stone four pounds since I began. The last two nights though I've scoffed loads of chocolate! Blush Grin

Gradually chipping away. Last week was not ideal due to some family meals but still lost a tiny bit. Back on track this week. I am down 9kg now.

@GetTheStartyParted I’m kicking off with PSMF (basically really low calorie, most coming from protein) and I’m going to do keto long term I hope.

I do much better when I’m really strict. I’ve tried 5:2 for example and I just gorged myself on the non-fast days.

I hadn't heard of PSMF before so just googled it. Sounds tough.

I'm keto and will be long term, it's the easiest 'diet' I've ever done. I hope you find it easy too. I agree with the strict approach helping. I feel like I would be cheating myself if I have anything off plan. I've been doing it for over 5 weeks now and not had anything I shouldn't.

It’s really hard and thus far pretty shit. I’m only doing it for a week or so then will transition into keto. Just knowing myself I need it to kick me off with no cheating!

I am morbidly obese hoping to be not by the end of the year....

How is everyone doing?

I've had a very busy week but managed to stay on plan.

We started keto with a 45 day meal plan and that comes to an end on Wednesday. It's flown by and I'm so happy with the results that I'm going to continue. We had planned to go out for a meal on Thursday to 'celebrate' but neither of us want to break it.

We will still go out (we do once a week to escape our houseful!) but we will adapt the meals and stay keto. DH is nearly at his goal weight. I have about 4.5 stone to go but I'll get there one day.

I've done absolute pants for the last few weeks. Put 5lbs back on and that has come about because I stopped cooking and planning. So I will try again this week.

Oh no, hope you back into it soon. Planning makes it so much easier to stick to doesn't it. You don't need to think about what you fancy, you just eat what's there.

2lb loss again this week so 22lb in total. Still finding it simple to stick to but can't help wishing I was losing weight quicker than this. I'm so fat it should be dropping off me Grin

I lost another 2lbs this week. Which means I’m 12lbs lighter than 31 December.
