Can't promise that I will exercise every day or eat healthy every day but I am going to try and be mindful of what I eat and try to be more active.

I'm 16 stone 5.5 lb, size 18/20 and am 5'.4"

Must remember that slow and steady wins the race.

I zipped up a jacket today I’d last worn in October/November and it was noticeably tighter Blush

How's everyone doing? I've managed to keep myself in hand so far. Doing Dry January is helping.

So far so good. I've lost 4lbs since New Year which I know is water weight and so will plateau but it's a good kick start.

I'm going out with friends later to Pizza Express so that will be a challenge. I am doing Dry January so at least I won't be drinking

So far so good. Day 4 of vcdl and thankfully the hunger pangs have gone. I'm only doing this for the next two weeks so that'll be when the hard work starts.

Have apparently lost 4lbs since NYD.

Was away for the night last night and went to Bella Italia but I had 400 calories left over from Friday and according to Nutracheck I came in at 1600 calories for the day which included a couple of drinks too so not too bad!

M&S cottage pie for tea tonight but will weigh out a small portion and have loads of veg with it.

Hope everyone else is getting on ok.

I had a Leggera pizza at Pizza Express last night which was under 600 calories. It didn't fill.me up but it was enough that i didnt snack later on although I went to bed quite hungry.

Shocking insomnia last night/this morning which means I'm struggling today. Am NOT going to reach for the biscuits to see me through. I know that in the long run it will make me feel worse than I do now so am just going to accept that I'm tired. I've eaten a healthy and filling lunch (chicken and mushroom omelette and a banana) and am not hungry. These feelings are not hunger! I'll have an earlier dinner than usual and an earlier night.

I have been calorie counting since Monday and have lost 4lb. I'm really happy with that. Still not made it to the gym though!

Good going to all you other ladies too.
I've decided I'm doing fast800 for two weeks, starting out with 12:12, working my way to 16:8, the doing 5:2. Am starting tomorrow. Taking all my measurement tomorrow, will report back on starting weight.
We can do this ladies! Grin

Should add I'm not being super strict about carbs from fruit as am eating the occasional banana, apples. I haven't eaten any wheat based products or processed sugary foods though.

Well done on the 9lbs! It's my first day today. Hasn't been too bad. Oh yeah, I weighed myself and came in at 14stone 12lbs. Lighter than I thought buy I have been doing a bit of DIY lately!

How much difference will low carbs make if you’re counting calories?

Is that something to try when you hit a plateau maybe?

I'm anywhere between 50 and 100 carbs a day which is medium carbs I think? I've lost 11lbs in 13 days, 9lbs in the first week (a lot of water, maybe 5lbs) and 2lbs this week. I think the lower the carbs the more water you lose but not entirely sure.

How's everyone doing today? I got up in the night and realised I was eating an (Slimming World, at least! ) bar half way through. I did finish it too. Blush Grin Am going to hid them tonight in my Mums flat.

I've lost 7lbs so far. only weighing myself on Fridays so hopefully I will be another 2lbs down by the end of this week.

Hows everyone doing? I've not fallen off the wagon yet. Lost 8lbs in the last 2 weeks. Now I feel like I can have a goal of a further stone by easter. That's 11 weeks away which I feel is achievable.

Well it's been (A day and!) two weeks and I weighed myself today. I've lost 8lbs! I'm well chuffed. Is everybody else still on track?

I did my first weigh and as actually 13 stone 6!!!

I've been on S&S for 3 weeks now and on my end of week 3 weigh in I'd lost 13lb. Happy with that and determined to keep going :)

Am I too late to join?! I plan to start the first Monday in February. Need to weigh myself but we go on holiday on the 1st of July, would like to lose 3 stone before then. 🤞🏻

Well done and congratulations @MyKingdomforaNameChange and @aibutohavethisusername ! I know it seems like a long slog aibotoh, I have 4stone 4lbs to go, but I'm trying to break it down into more manageable chunks. Like my next goal is to loose 7lb, and/or get under 14st. Maybe that would help? Anyway, every pound lost is a pound in the right direction!

Everyone seems to be doing so well! I've started a keto diet, only on my 3rd day but feeling positive. Never done it before. Got about 6st to lose in total Blush but will be happy with losing 3/4 by the time we go on holiday in October.
