If you're in your 40s, what aches & pains do you have (no health conditions)

In the last few months, I've become very conscious of my knees as one or other of them aches, my right hip is often stiff if I've been driving for a long time or sit down in certain chairs and I haven't run for months because of my left ankle.
Is this normal? I feel too young! I have no underlying health conditions, am just over a healthy BMI & go to the gym a couple of times a week where I've had to modify what I was doing due to the ankle, knee & hip issues.

Age 66 . Thought it was the beginning of the end last year . Ached everywhere and exhausted. Still working in physically demanding job. Had blood tests at GP ... Lo and behold ... vitamin D was low. Back to normal now with no pain at all .

aged 41, BMI of 25 - would like to lose a couple of stones. One of my knees twinges a little from time to time - usually on stairs. Not enough to stop me from a weekly (slow) park run. ditto one ankle - not the same side. I get the very odd back spasm which wears off quickly. I have also started to get the odd bout of sleeplessness, which I assume is peri menopause.

I ache pretty much all over. However, I am overweight and work long hours in a very physical job so self inflicted really.
