Prince Andrews slip ups

he said LOADS of things during that interview, where he was telling the truth, and forgetting his lie.

the only one I can remember now though is when talking about visiting JE house in (Bahamas?? not the NY one anyway). a witness had said he went 4 times a year. He said something like; 'you have to understand, when you go into one of those places...'

that's not how you talk about a friend's house. what are 'those places'?

Well it's only getting bigger now! Multiple news outlets are resurfacing stories and questions about PA's mysterious ability to live so luxuriously and buy properties costing tens of millions when he in fact only receives a annual living allowance of 250k + 20k navy pension. All the dodgy oligarchs and dictators who he spent his years as a supposed "UK Trade Envoy" cosying up to.

Given the incredibly brazen transactions that have gone on - such as that awful house Sunninghill that went unsold for years suddenly being bought for 3mil over asking price by a dodgy billionaire from Kazakhstan - who then just let it rot... PA is basically just a grifter with a title and it completely explains why he hung around with Epstein, he's basically a 'rent-a-prince' for anyone with money.

I think the first chance he has Charles is going to strip PA of any duties he has and force him into retirement and (hopefully) permanently out of the public eye.

sashh · 20/11/2019 12:10

However, when did the general attitude change, and people begin to understand how vulnerable the girls were? PA wouldn't have been at the forefront of understanding.

Maybe while 'working' with the NSPCC?

Cookit

Do not say that the photo was taken upstairs in your friend's house and follow it with 'but I have never been upstairs'- so how do you know where it was taken?

DulciUke · 20/11/2019 12:11

I'm idly wondering how much protection PA would be getting if Prince Charles was the one on the throne now? Don't think he has a lot of love for Andrew. He'd probably cover it up, same as the Queen, if only because that's what the royal family always does. I suspect that PA is going to be cut off financially altogether when that time comes.

Why was the video not mentioned in the interview? The one where he is seen waving a woman out of the front door of JE's New York house? There is no way he could of explained that one away..

Charlieiscool · 20/11/2019 12:21

He said the trafficking and paedophilia was “unbecoming”. That’s not how I’d describe it.
He said it wasn’t appropriate to be a friend of Epstein and so he explained this on their walk together. Anyone decent would express horror about the conviction, sadness for the victims but for him it’s only about him being forced to end the association because it’s inappropriate.

Charlieiscool · 20/11/2019 12:24

All that nonsense about not recollecting meeting or having sex with this girl. He couldn’t simply say no could he?
Revolting, disgusting arrogant shit he is.

astralweaks · 20/11/2019 12:27

He really is a dreadful human being.

RhinoskinhaveI · 20/11/2019 12:28

Speaking about him in those terms ...about the friendship as unbecoming and inappropriate suggests that Epstein was some kind of glamourous bad boy

Vickyprice · 20/11/2019 12:42

When is his next official engagement supposed to be I wonder?

managedmis · 20/11/2019 12:45

Moomin8

It went wrong because he's a bad liar.

^^

Nope. It went wrong because he's guilty as fuck

managedmis · 20/11/2019 12:49

@moomin8 but he would have had a lifetime of training on how to interview/speak to the press/public speaking.....and still?

^^

He's still an idiot. Even with all that money, wealth, education etc ad nauseum he's still stupid. He can't even bluff an interview.

His responses are so trite 'it was a shooting party' (you dimwit)

Ah, of course, old chap. As you were.

Moomin8 · 20/11/2019 12:51

Guilty as fuck - yeah that too!

babydog · 20/11/2019 13:03

that he is so shit at lying/interviews/bluffing and is so clearly guilty is good news, if he ever does get interviewed by police. they would take him apart in an instant

It’s being reported that PA is considering a second interview to put right what he didn’t say in the newsnight one.

🤦🏽‍♀️

Dowser · 20/11/2019 13:08

This interview has opened up a big can of worms.

Follow the money..that’s where the truth lies.
Agree with rain bunny..how does someone on an income of a quarter of a million and a Navy pension of £22k afford a thirteen million ski chalet?

His tesco house on the edge of Windsor great park. Wasn’t that house given to the Yorks by the queen..
How come that was allowed to be sold on?

Why did he give that interview? Another reason to put into the pot ...because he had no choice.
Whoever his puppet master is...maybe he/ she even was coming down hard on him.
If he is guilty of using young girls as his playthings ( and we don’t at this point know that he is ) there may be very incriminating photos of him in a compromising situation.
VR speaks about JE’smedia room in his ny mansion where there’s banks of monitors With a team keeping an eye of things...
I definitely think there’s a higher intelligence than PA who has circled the RF looking for a way in.

It doesn’t take too much imagination to see they picked on the stupid, greedy one..aided and abetted by SF..remember the interview of her selling PA to the highest bidder.

These two are as greedy as fuck and the public should be granted a full and thorough investigation to their nefarious activities.

I read this morning that SF agreed the interview.

Also before I lose my train of thought..his face when the name of John Brockman and the foot massage came up..his eyes widened in shock..as if to say how did you know about that.

As I said in another post if we were all rolling in clover and wiping our backsides with £50 notes we wouldn’t give a flying fuck what the RF are up to..but we aren’t . So many people are struggling. Parents working and juggling childcare to keep a roof over their heads. £100k salaries ..that only buy something modest in London, people struggling on much less, UC, homelessness, ..this crass interview and the fallout from it..only serves to rub our noses in the sheer entitlement of it all

( watching paul Burrell on loose women right now)

Evilmorty · 20/11/2019 13:08

Oh I would enjoy a second interview. I think the more he talks on this the more comes out and hopefully some justice comes of it for the victims.

(and for the memes.)

beminetonight · 20/11/2019 13:24

PA had a PR company until approx 2 weeks before the interview. They told him not to do the interview. PA insisted on continuing. They quit and have said they didn't get paid their outstanding invoice. They were lucky. The first question everyone asked was who is his PR company and why did they let him do that awful interview? The media have reported PA thinks the interview went exceptionally well. In itself this shows how out of touch he is.

CoolCarrie · 20/11/2019 13:24

Epstein is dead, Saville is dead, Cyril Smith is dead, none of their victims will get real justice now. They are being heard, but what has been learned, nothing! There are still vile men out there getting away with their disgusting behaviour
PA is a fool, who probably was happy to hang out with Epstein for his , and his empty headed ex wife’s benefit. PA wants to live as if he were heir , what an arse he is, he probably thought the woman / women who slept with him fancied him.
An ex of mine told me more than 30 years ago that Saville was well known in his local area as being , in my ex words, “a dirty old pervert that had the police in his pocket, it was an open secret” and yet he was still able to mix with the so called great and good, wtf?

DobbyTheHouseElk · 20/11/2019 13:25

I had no idea he earned so little. How on Earth does he manage such an extravagant lifestyle.

Anyone else wondering if Bea’s wedding might be a low key affair after all this??

I’m wondering what Mr amd Mrs Brooksbank think about all of this, what a family to marry into.

RhinoskinhaveI · 20/11/2019 13:32

He is not intelligent enough to realise that he's not intelligent enough, because he, as a royal, has a superior status in society he feels as if it must naturally follow that he is intellectually superior and knows better than his advisers.
he probably thinks the reason his first interview didn't work is because we are not clever enough to understand the points he was making, he imagines that all he needs to do now is clarify so that the peasants will understand that he is right

diddl · 20/11/2019 15:36

" he probably thought the woman / women who slept with him fancied him."

I think that that's important.

I don't think that it would occur to him that it might happen under duress or that they might be (even if consenting) doing for some (imo imagined) kudos.

Wouldn't most 40yr old men be wary if a 17yr old seemed to be keen on having sex with them?

Moomin8 · 20/11/2019 15:53

It’s being reported that PA is considering a second interview to put right what he didn’t say in the newsnight one.

You're kidding, right?! If he keeps digging this particular hole he'll finish up in Australia...

TreesRUs · 20/11/2019 15:59

I’ve seen a few people say they think he wouldn’t be so protected if Charles was on the throne, is there beef between them or do people think Charles would just take less crap?

diddl · 20/11/2019 16:21

"do people think Charles would just take less crap?"

I should think PC would want to protect the monarchy as much as possible & I'm not sure that even he would be thinking that a member of BRF should have to answer any questions "just" because the public/media are calling for it.

babydog · 20/11/2019 16:27

but isn't it the Queen who is preventing FBI questioning? I'm not sure how she does that but would PC continue to prevent FBI interview?

it's not just the public/media that think he should answer questions @diddl. at least as I understand it?
